2 File No. NJNE3737D General description When wet hands after washing are inserted into the hand insertion unit 1, water on the hands is blown away towards the inner portion of the hand insertion unit 1 by high-speed airflow, and the hands dry after several seconds. In this way, Jet Towel can be obtained in which a process of drying wet hands can be terminated within a short period and without bothering the user to move or rub the hands, which can rapidly and surely conduct a drying process, and which can be used easily and simply without causing trouble. Jet Towel has hand detection sensors 2, 3. These sensors are mainly consisting of light emitting diodes the drainage hole formed in the bottom. When the hands are withdrawn from the hand insertion unit 1, the hand-nonexistence detection signal is generated to stop the high-pressure airflow generation device 5, thereby completing the rapid and sanitary treatment of drying hands. And Jet Towel (JT-SB216ESH) has a heater unit 12. When JT-SB216ESH is not used, the heater operates for accumulating heat. Therefore JT-SB216ESH can blow warm air when wet hands are inserted into the hand insertion unit 1. Also the heater 12 and motor 4 do not work at the same time. Therefore, the power consumption of JT-SB216ESH is lower than the conventional hand dryer with a heater. (LEDs) and photodiodes. The LEDs emit pulses As Jet Towel (JT-SB216GSN) does not have a heater, constantly while the photodiodes receive the pulse. When wet hands are inserted into the hand insertion unit 1, the LEDs pulse becomes the setting value. the power consumption is lower than JT-SB216ESH, and therefore JT-SB216GSN is recommended for an air-conditioned place to reduce a carbon footprint. Then, the control circuit causes the DC brushless motor 4 of the high-pressure airflow generation device 5 to start to rotate, whereby the turbo fan is rotated. By the rotation of the turbo fan, the air in the hand insertion unit 1 is drawn from the air inlet 6 equipped with an air filter into the high-pressure airflow generation device 5. The high-pressure air flow is sent from the outlet of the high-pressure air flow generation device 5 into the air ducts 7, 8, and then blown out from the nozzles 9, 10, to simultaneously hit against both the back and palm of the hands as a high wind and with a predetermined inclination. Water drops on the hands are blown away by the high-speed wind in the forward direction, or toward the inner portion in the hand insertion unit 1. The blown water drops are pushed by both gravity and wind to the end of the bottom of the hand insertion unit 1, and flow into the drain tank 11 from (JT-SB216GSN) 6 (JT-SB216ESH) (JT-SB216ESH).
