J. AUSSIEKER, A. J. s were dispatched to 2240 Margybeth Ave in reference to domestic violence in progress. The victim reported she was asleep in her bedroom and the offender came into her bedroom and took her purse. The victim found her purse in the bathroom after confronting the offender. When the victim looked through her purse, she found her prescription medication and cash missing. Reported: Victim called into Records and stated that Offender is sending threatening messages to him over facebook The Downtown Market VICTIM of Theft- Shoplifting < $750 (C), at 535 Lincoln Theft- Shoplifting Ave, Evansville, IN, between 07:30, 01/26/2016 and 07:46, Reported: < $750 Baker, manager of The Downtown Market, reports that the suspect came into the at Baker observed suspect pick up some pencils and pens and conceal them in his pants. Baker took suspect to a back room and patted suspect down and found the items in his pant pocket. Baker left the room to call 911, leaving suspect alone in the room. The suspect then began kicking the walls and banging on the door. When Baker came into the room to tell suspect to settle down, suspect pushed Baker. Baker tried to hold suspect against the wall until officers arrived. While Baker had suspect against the wall, the suspect poked Baker in the right eye, causing a scratch under Baker`s right eye. The suspect was also attempting to bite Baker on the arm. Baker then took suspect to ground and was holding suspect down until officers arrived and was able to cuff suspect. DENNIS, R. E.

Reported: Victim states she walked to the listed address and ask a male there for a ride to St. Marys. Victim states she had her phone, and accidently left it in the males car. Reporter states that she parked her veh at listed time in front of listed address. At 02:15 this morning she heard her car alarm going off. Reporter stated she went to her front window, and used her remote and turned it off. After returning to her bedroom, the car alarm went off again. Reporter states she then went outside and got into her car, thinking that there was a problem with the wiring, and she started her car, and everything appeared ok. Reporter states that she did not lock her vehicle this time, thinking that she might have to go out to the car again if the alarm went off. Reporter states that she went out this morning to the vehicle and unknown offender(s) had went thru her vehicle, throwing her items out of the glove box and the console. There was nothing missing and no damage to the veh at the time of this report. The contained a link to a weight loss site. Ms. Lamb believes that the person responsible for this is Mr. Adams. Victim also will no longer keep the title in her vehicle in the future Johnson, Erica Nmn (B F, 33) VICTIM of Criminal Recklessness [bm] (C), at 2539 Criminal Sunburst Blvd, Evansville, IN, between 15:31, 01/26/2016 and 15:34, Recklessness [bm] Reported: s were dispatched to the 2500 block Sunburst Blvd. in reference to a female who had just had her foot ran over by a vehicle which her boyfriend was driving, and that the boyfriend had fled the scene. We arrived and found the victim, Erica Johnson, in the living room with her shoe off and was crying from the pain. Her foot appeared to be swollen and she told s she was in pain. She stated her boyfriend, Jerry Lipson, and her had been arguing and he began to push her from the car. When she got out of the car, he began to drive off and ran over the victim`s foot and left the scene. AMR arrived and advised that her foot could possibly be fractured, before transporting her to St. Mary`s Hospital. JUNCKER, A. T. Doane located the suspect on his way to work at a downtown restaurant. Lipson admitted to driving the vehicle, and admitted that he knew his license was suspended at the time. Reported: The victim called records to report the loss of a money clip that he had left in the console of his 2001Chevy Trailblazer. He states the vehicle was locked but sometimes the back latch does not hook. Loss Prevention stated to 911 dispatch the female suspect got into a white Ford F150 KY plate 069TKJ parked in row 8. Loss Prevention told 911 dispatch the vehicle was leaving the parking lot heading south. s arrived on scene and located the vehicle and made a traffic stop. The female suspect was found to be wearing and in possession of items from Walmart. While officers were retrieving merchandise from the vehicle, drugs, and drug paraphernalia was found in the female suspect s purse as well as on her person. The female was also found to have an active misdemeanor warrant. The female suspect was taken to VCCC. SIMS, P. L. SMITH, J. CVS manager, Stephanie Mitchell, stated she observed a black male select two bottle of alcohol and conceal them in a bag. Mitchell stated the male then attempted to exit the store passing all points of sale. Mitchell attempted to recover the property from the male. As Mitchell attempted to recover the property the suspect pushed her out of the way. Mitchell stated the male was a black male approximately 200 pounds wearing a black coat and with brown fur. The suspect was also so wearing overalls. Mitchell stated the alcohol was valued at $ Society VICTIM of Alc-public Intox [bm] (C), at 999 Mary St/w Oregon St, Alc-public Intox Evansville, IN, between 20:10, 01/26/2016 and 20:16, Reported: [bm] s were dispatched to the area of Oregon Street/Mary Street in regards to a white female urinating in a yard and yelling that she was ready to go to jail. s located the offender walking along the sidewalk and into the street. She was staggering and carrying a large bottle of vodka. The offender was intoxicated and being belligerent. She yelled at the witnesses and created a disturbance prior to officer arrival and while officers were on scene. The offender was cleared by Deaconess Hospital and transported to the VCCC. She was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. REID, M. J. BREWER, J. W Walmart S Red Bank, Store #1341 VICTIM of Theft-shoplifting (C), at 335 S Red Theft-shoplifting Bank Rd, Evansville, IN, between 21:09, 01/26/2016 and 21:40, Reported: was dispatched to 335 S Red Bank Rd. (Walmart) reference a shoplifter. On scene the RP stated she observed the offender take the listed items and switch the price tags on them. The items cost between $15.00 and $20.00, but the offender was ringing them up at the self-checkout for $6.00 each. The offender was stopped as she exited the store and was escorted to the loss prevention office. She later admitted to switching the price tags on the listed property. She had also been previously barred from all Walmart property, and has a previous conviction for theft. RASCHE, E. The suspect advised she was leaving to get her credit card from another business (Showmes) and would return. The suspect then agreed to leave her identification with him until she returned. Reported: Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop [bm] On 01/26/2016 at about 1300 hrs officers were dispatched to 225 Crosslake Dr for a hit and run report. The victim told officers that on 01/24/2016 between 1800 and 22hrs her vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle at 411 SE First St. The victim told officers that her daughter was visiting a friend at the listed address when the hit and run occurred, and did not have a description of the suspect vehicle. The victim`s vehicle had damage to the right rear bumper. The victim was given a case number for the incident. When came back on the 26th to get more items, he noticed the back door was partially open and the back kitchen window was all the way open. It looks like the window had been left unlocked and that is how entry was made. The items listed are the ones that saw were gone at first look. is going to take an inventory of the items in the house to see if anything else was taken. The inside furnace/fan unit was removed from the basement of the house. Offender changed the price tags to show lower prices and proceeded through the check out and attempted to exit the store. Offender was stopped by Loss Prevention. Offender was issued a citation and released Griffin, Edward Lee (B M, 37) VICTIM of Fc Fraud (C), at 5006 Oakwood Pl, Fc Fraud Evansville, IN, between 12:00, 01/26/2016 and 13:30, Reported: EVANS, M. C. NUTT, C. W. Victim stated that the mother of his child stole close to $150 from him. Reporter and offender had obtained reloadable credit cards together when they were in a relationship. Victim stated that his social security check goes to this reloadable master card each month. Offender became upset today around noon because she found out that the victim had a new lady friend. Around an hour later victim began getting texts about purchases being made to "boost mobile" on his

Victim was advised by the credit card company that his card had already been cancelled and a new one was being sent to an address that was given. Victim stated he did not make this call or the purchases. Credit Card Company advised the victim that there was nothing they could do to help him. Victim stated that the mother of his child has all of his credit card and identity information logged from when they were together. Victim now has no money for his bills. Automobiles Reported: The victim was advised by her grandson`s girlfriend that her vehicle has been missing since 1/21/16 and that doesn`t know where it is Ray, Leah Terrena (W F, 67) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop [bm] (C), at 600 Mary St, Evansville, IN, between 11:00, 01/26/2016 and 12:30, Reported: Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop [bm] The victim stated that she parked her vehicle in the reserved parking at Deaconess. It was in the main lot off of Harriet. She stated that she parked the car at 11am today. At 1230pm she returned to the car to find that someone had struck her left rear bumper. I did not see any paint transfer. Damage was minor. There is no suspect information. This report was taken at 18 E Olmstead so I am unsure on the exact spot the car was parked Lea Matthews Furniture VICTIM of Theft All Other < $750 (C), at 5611 E Morgan Theft All Other < Ave, Evansville, IN, between 10:35, 01/26/2016 and 10:50, Reported: $750 s were dispatched to 5611 E Morgan Ave reference a theft report. s arrived on scene and met with Micki Craddock, Mgr for Lee Matthews Furniture Store. Craddock stated at approximately 1039 hours, on todays date, an unknown black male came into the store and broke open the cash drawer taking all the cash inside. Craddock stated they have video surveillance, and wanted a theft report. Craddock was given a case number and a theft report was taken Davis, James Bubby (B M, 50) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop [bm] (C), at 622 Beachfront Dr, Evansville, IN, between 23:00, 01/25/2016 and 13:00, Reported: Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop [bm] s met with the victim of a hit and run. The victim stated that his car was parked outside of his residence. The victim told officers that sometime between 2300 on 1/25/16 and 1300 on 1/26/16 someone sideswiped the rear bumper, causing right rear bumper damage. The victim was given a case number. She would not answer her cell phone Schnucks Green River VICTIM of Theft- Shoplifting < $750 (C), at 3501 N Green Theft- Shoplifting River Rd, Evansville, IN, between 16:16, 01/26/2016 and 16:25, < $750 Reported: s met with Loss Prevention of a local grocery store who had an elderly female shoplifter in custody. Loss Prevention advised officers that the female selected various items from the store and left without paying for said items. The female was confronted without incident. Loss prevention recovered all of the items (including a half eaten bakery item), and requested that the 89 year old female be barred and charged with shoplifting. Reported: 01/27/2016. Enforcement s working the Jacobsville grant detail attempted to make a traffic stop on a black Toyota Camry. The driver of the Camry fled and was eventually stopped before fleeing on foot. During the subsequent investigation, a meth lab was located inside of the vehicle and marijuana was located on the passenger. Two subjects were arrested and transported to the VCCC for booking.
