Subject was arrested for operating a moving vehicle while intoxicated Society VICTIM of Alc-public Intox (C), at 925 S Green River Rd, Evansville, Alc-public Intox IN, between 01:30, 02/27/2016 and 02:25, The suspect was very intoxicated, was involved in a fight on the parking lot of Club 825 and refused to stop yelling and cussing when told to stop Adams, Herbert Dan (W M, 37) VICTIM of Battery - Public Safety Official (C), at Battery - Public 402 Nw Riverside Dr, Evansville, IN, between 02:15, 02/27/2016 and 02:25, Safety Official While working off-duty at Tropicana Pavilion, the offender and his girlfriend became belligerent with the staff after being cut off from the bar. The offender, Charles Hagan, struck the off-duty officer, Ofc Adams, in the face after Adams attempted to escort the offender`s girlfriend out of the establishment. Charles continued to resist arrest until he was detained with the assistance of Tropicana security. BRASHER, B. J. CASSIN, N. A. ADAMS, H. D Society VICTIM of Trespass [am] (C), at 402 Nw Riverside Dr, Evansville, IN, Trespass [am] between 02:15, 02/27/2016 and 02:25, While working off-duty at Tropicana Pavilion, the offender and his girlfriend became belligerent with the staff after being cut off from the bar. The offender, Jackie Martinez, refused to leave the establishment. Jackie was belligerent, aggressive, and intoxicated. Jackie was told numerous times to leave the premises, and she continued to stop and attempt to argue with both the and with Tropicana Security. Jackie passively resisted arrest after being told she was going to be arrested. ADAMS, H. D Society VICTIM of Omvwi - With Prior Omvwi Conv In Past 5 Yrs (C), at 49 N Burkhardt Rd, Evansville, IN, between 03:30, 02/27/2016 and 04:33, 02/27/2016. Omvwi - With Prior Omvwi Conv In Past 5 Yrs s were dispatched in reference to an intoxicated driver. The listed vehicle had been observed traveling below the speed limit and weaving across all lanes of traffic. s located the vehicle in the drive thru of McDonald`s at 49 N Burkhardt Rd. The offender, Matthew R Ingle, had fallen asleep. Ingle had a prior conviction for OMVWI. He was arrested and booked on the listed charges Society VICTIM of Narc-poss Paraphernalia W/ Prior Conviction (C), at 10 Chestnut St, Evansville, IN, between 11:30, 02/27/2016 and 11:45, 02/27/2016. Reported: 02/27/2016. Narc-poss Paraphernalia W/ Prior Conviction During dispatched run to 10 Chestnut involving subjects using narcotics, Suspect found to be in possession of two one hit pipes Society VICTIM of Narc-poss Marijuana, Hash Oil, Hashish, Salvia, Synthetic (C), at 10 Chestnut St, Evansville, IN, between 11:30, 02/27/2016 and 11:45, 02/27/2016. Narc-poss Marijuana, Hash Oil, Hashish, Salvia, Synthetic On 02/27/1/6 we were dispatched to 10 Chestnut for a narcotics complaint. Upon arrival, we located three individuals that matched the description given by WUERTZ, J. A. HOEHN, D. M. MEEKS, N. A.

During a pat-down of the other individuals I discovered, in the offender`s front right pocket, two folded pieces of paper and a green plastic container that contained a green leafy substance that had a combined weight of 2 grams and tested positive for synthetic cannabinoids using the NK II reagent kit. The offender was cited and released from the scene Mr Liquors VICTIM of Theft- Shoplifting < $750 (C), at 1931 Pollack Ave, Theft- Shoplifting Evansville, IN, between 12:05, 02/26/2016 and 11:50, 02/27/2016. Reported: < $750 02/27/2016. Manager of Mr Liquor called saying the suspect in her store had stolen from her. Suspect lied about who he was to officers. He had a warrant and tried to pretend he was his brother Thomas. He was intoxicated and belligerent. Taken to VCC Hall, Kyle Aaron (W M, 25) VICTIM of Theft Of Bicycles < $750 (C), at 410 N Theft Of Bicycles Elliott St, Evansville, IN, on 02/27/2016, 15:10. < $750 were dispatched to 410 N Elliot for a theft report. Upon arrival, Kyle Allen, stated the offender stole is bike for the second time. Allen stated that he was driving south bound on Governor and noticed his bike was sitting on the sidewalk next o 400 N Governor. He made contact with the offender and offender informed him that bike belong to him and went inside the home. HESSLER, B. D. HOLLINS, B. E. Allen stated before he left the house to house the bike was in the hallway outside his apartment. s tried to make contact with the offender at 400 N Governor but as soon as we identified our self as police he locked the door. Hall was given a case number Crenshaw, Tamika Leann (B F, 36) VICTIM of Battery - Class A Misdemeanor [am] (C), at 919 Meyer Ave, Evansville, IN, between 15:52, 02/27/2016 and 15:55, Battery - Class A Misdemeanor [am] s were dispatched to 919-B Meyer Avenue in regards to a fight in progress. The RP advised there were several subjects outside arguing and one of them had a baseball bat. While enroute, the RP stated the group was physically fighting. BREWER, J. W. Upon arrival, there was a large group of individuals yelling and arguing in the street. OF/VI #1, Tamika Crenshaw, was yelling and trying to fight with OF/VI #2, Colleen Jones. Both, Crenshaw and Jones, were told to calm down several times but they continued to yell back and forth. Jones admitted to kicking Crenshaws vehicle and also said Crenshaw had attacked her. I noticed Jones shirt to be torn near the collar and she had abrasions on her hands. I observed Crenshaws vehicle to have damage to the rear door of the SUV. Both Jones and Crenshaw were placed into double-locked handcuffs. Crenshaw stated Jones physically attacked her and complained of pain to her head, neck, and rib area. They were transported to the VCCC without further incident. Jones was booked for Battery w/ Injury, Criminal Mischief to a Vehicle and Disorderly Conduct. Crenshaw was booked for Battery w/injury and Disorderly Conduct Society VICTIM of Narc-poss Salvia Or Synthetic Cannabinoid <2 Grams [am] (C), at Narc-poss Salvia 101 Nw Sixth St, Evansville, IN, on 02/27/2016, 18:35. Or Synthetic On the listed date and approximate time, officers received a complaint of a male Cannabinoid <2 and female possibly smoking marijuana at the bus terminal. Upon arrival, I, Grams [am] Hastings, observed the suspect with plastic foil in his hand and he quickly HASTINGS, M. J.

I asked the suspect to open his hand and when doing so I observed the plastic foil and saw it contained a greenish-brown leafy substance. The suspect was told to drop it to the ground and he was handcuffed. The suspect voluntarily stated the substance was "K2". The suspect was cited for the misdemeanor and arrested on outstanding warrants Green, Tasharah (B F, 27) VICTIM of Battery - Injury To Pregnant Woman (C), at Battery - Injury To 614 E Chandler Ave, Evansville, IN, between 20:10, 02/27/2016 and 20:16, Pregnant Woman s were dispatched to 614 E. Chandler Avenue in regards to a fight in progress. Dispatch advised two people were fighting and the phone disconnected. Upon arrival, officers located the offender, Kenetrea Winston, and the victim, Tasharah Green. BREWER, J. W. Green sustained a possible broken thumb on her right hand. The area was swollen and she advised she could not move it. She declined medical attention while on scene. Green said Winston attacked her while she was holding a baby, IO #1. Initially, Winston refused to identify herself to officers until she was placed into double-locked handcuffs. Winston was placed into the rear seat of our patrol car and transported to the VCCC. She was booked for False Informing, Battery w/ Moderate Injury, Battery on a Pregnant Woman and Battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Winstons child, IO #1, was placed with the Department of Child Services Society VICTIM of Weapon-handgun W/o A License [am] (C), at 1904 S Garvin St, Evansville, IN, between 20:09, 02/27/2016 and 21:30, 02/27/2016. Reported: 02/27/2016. Weapon-handgun W/o A License [am] s were dispatched to the 1900 Block of S. Garvin in reference to a male with a gun. s arrived and spoke with the witness, which informed s who the offender was by name. The witness also showed `s which apartment the offender was inside. After removing everyone from the apartment, s located 3 guns inside the air vent. The offender was arrested and transported to jail Parris, Bobby Lynn (W M, 21) VICTIM of Theft All Other < $750 (C), at 501 E Theft All Other < Michigan St, Evansville, IN, between 20:25, 02/26/2016 and 00:19, 02/27/2016. $750 s were dispatched to a theft report. The reporter stated that he believes his roommate took some of his personal belongings Gossett, Maryann Elizabeth (W F, 27) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop (C), at 1121 Washington Sq, Evansville, IN, between 01:00, 02/27/2016 and 03:00, Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop Vehicle was hit resulting in damage as it was legally parked in the parking lot of Time Out Lounge Pate, William Elbert (W M, 66) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop (C), at 702 E Franklin St, Evansville, IN, between 04:20, 02/27/2016 and 04:35, Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop Resident at 702 E. Franklin stated that a male backed into the neighbor s vehicle then left. We found the suspect vehicle unoccupied at Morton and Franklin. Earlier in the shift county had a vehicle stopped and the passenger was intoxicated and SHIRLEY, W. C. BRASHER, B. J. MCKINNEY, E. A. CRAIG, M. D.

The suspect, Isaiah Holland, coat is in the front passenger seat and the vehicle is beside the house of his girlfriend. A juvenile came out of the residence and stated that Holland is in the house at 700 E. Franklin but refuses to come out. The vehicle is towed and held at Tri-State Towing. The case # was left on the victim s car Miller, Lindsey Erin (W F, 28) VICTIM of Theft From Motor Vehicle (C), at 421 Nw Theft From Motor Riverside Dr, Evansville, IN, between 00:01, 02/27/2016 and 05:00, 02/27/2016. Vehicle The victim had the listed items stolen from her vehicle. She thought the vehicle was locked, however there is no sign of forced entry, so it`s likely that it wasn`t locked. Tropicana Security is trying to develop a suspect based on video surveillance. There is no suspect at the time of this report. Listed as a felony based on dollar amount of stolen items. DECAMPS, M. A Donaldson, Marla Gayle (W F, 58) VICTIM of Harassment-telephone Call (C), Harassment-teleph at 3100 S Frederick St, Evansville, IN, between 07:56, 02/26/2016 and 07:56, one Call On at 0800 s were dispatched to 3100 Fredrick of meet with OF reference an ongoing family dispute. OF is upset with Marla Donaldson the longtime girlfriend of a recently diseased family member of OF. OF continues to harass Donaldson in person and on the phone and Donaldson wishes to file charges. OF and Donaldson were both advised that the dispute over property is a civil matter and they need to talk with attorneys. Of was barred from 3100 Fredrick Allen, Shyra Rashelle (B F, 27) VICTIM of Criminal Mischief To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] (C), at 1600 Rheinhardt Ave, Evansville, IN, on 02/27/2016, 08:15. Criminal Mischief To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] Allen reports that the suspect came to her home to pick up her child they have in common for visitation. While there, Allen and suspect got into an argument and suspect broke out the back window to Allen`s vehicle. SITZMAN, W. M. DENNIS, R. E. Allen was advised to follow up with the prosecutor`s office Schaefer, Barry Jo (W M, 67) VICTIM of Theft From Motor Vehicle < $750 (C), at Theft From Motor 811 S Meadow Rd, Evansville, IN, between 21:30, 02/26/2016 and 08:00, Vehicle < $750 VI advised that during the night someone got into his unlocked vehicles which HEBBELER, B. Spalding observed these two involved parties on Fulton Ave near Shanklin arguing in the street Maggard, Troy Allen (W M, 37) VICTIM of Theft From Buildings < $750 (C), at Theft From 2021 Old Business 41, Evansville, IN, between 18:00, 02/26/2016 and 11:30, Buildings < $750 dispatched to Arrowhead Motel at Old Business 41 reference to a theft report. met the victim. He stated that the offender lived with him for a while. He told the offender that he needed to move out. MCDOWELL, M. JONES, C. L. After the offender moved out the victim discovered his laptop was missing. The laptop was a white Hewlett Packard. The victim believes the offender took it. He said the offender is the only other person to be in the room since he last seen it the day before Hatfield, Melissa Dawn (W F, 32) VICTIM of Battery - Class B Misdemeanor (C), at 1100 N Garvin St, Evansville, IN, between 14:05, 02/27/2016 and 14:06, Battery - Class B Misdemeanor The victim stated that she and the offender, her sister-in-law, had been outside the victims front door arguing. The victim stated that she went inside to get away from the offender and began to shut the door behind her. The victim stated that the offender then broke the doors` window with her elbow and forced her way inside. The victim stated that the offender then "muffed" her face, pushed her back onto some furniture, got on top of her, and began punching her in the face repeatedly. The victim stated that her "old man" had to pull the offender off of her, at which time the offender left the scene. The victim had visible bruising and small scratches on her face Cutkomp, Amelia Renee (W F, 21) VICTIM of Theft All Other < $750 (C), at 413 Theft All Other < Read St, Evansville, IN, between 12:00, 02/27/2016 and 13:50, 02/27/2016. Reported: $750 02/27/2016. s were dispatched to 413 Read Street in regards to a theft report. The victim, Amelia Cutkomp (Dielkes), advised one of her husband s friends had taken money from her wallet. Upon arrival, Cutkomp said OF #1 Brandon Roberson and IO #2 Kyle Dyson had stayed at the residence last night. CAMPBELL, K. A. BREWER, J. W. Cutkomp said Dyson was a friend of her husband, IO #1 Christian Dielkes. Dyson stayed at the residence the past two nights, 2/25/16 and 2/26/16. Last night, Roberson came to the residence with Dyson and stayed the night too. Cutkomp advised she was not familiar with Roberson and neither was her husband. This morning, Dyson and Roberson left the residence. Around 12:00pm Cutkomp got into her wallet to give her brother some money. At that time, she still had all of her money. Later in the afternoon, Roberson showed up at the residence unannounced and Cutkomp let him in the front door. Once Roberson was inside, Cutkomp went to the back of the residence for a few minutes. When she came back to the front of the residence, Roberson was gone and she found the $200 to be missing from her wallet.

When I arrived I spoke to the victim and witnesses. The victim could barely make a statement due to her injuries, but she did say that the suspect was the one that ran her over. All of the witnesses stated that the suspect was involved in a fight and then got into the vehicle. The suspect then drove between a sign post and a parked vehicle. The suspect continued to travel through the front yard and struck the vehicle and the front steps of the house. DOANE, J. P. The victim had significant injuries to her left foot and ankle and was transported to St Mary`s hospital for treatment. Crime Scene and Detectives were called to the scene as well Smith, Collette V. (B F, 40) VICTIM of Theft All Other < $750 (C), at 401 N Theft All Other < Burkhardt Rd, Evansville, IN, between 13:44, 02/27/2016 and 14:37, 02/27/2016. $750 s met with the victim of a theft at Wal-Mart east. The victim told officers that she put her wallet down on one of the cash registers in the store, only to turn around a short time later and discover that someone had taken it. The victim was given a case number and advised to report her cards stolen to the appropriate agencies. WOLF, D. C. s also spoke to Loss Prevention. Loss Prevention showed officers clear video of the victim placing her wallet down, and then shortly after what appears to be an older white female pick up the wallet, go through its contents, and conceal it. Loss Prevention provided officers with a still picture of the suspects vehicle, a copy of the receipt that the suspect used to pay for her own goods, and a surveillance video of the theft Mackey, Amanda Sue (W F, 32) VICTIM of Battery - Domestic - Presence Of Child Battery - Domestic <16 (C), at 2122 Harding Ave, Evansville, IN, between 15:00, 02/27/2016 and 15:08, - Presence Of Child <16 The offender battered his wife and his daughter with his hands. (W F) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop (C), at 800 N Green River Rd, Evansville, IN, between 13:00, 02/27/2016 and 14:38, 02/27/2016. Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop On listed date and time, s were dispatched in reference to hit and run with property damage. THIRY, K. D. s arrived on scene and learned the incident occurred while the caller, identified as the victim, was inside of Macy`s shopping. She stated she arrived around 13:00 hours today`s date and returned at approximately 14:38 hours to find her vehicle had been struck. Her vehicle sustained left rear wheel well and quarter panel damage. Victim advised someone informed her they heard a "bang" saw a black female exit a blue Dodge Charger, look around and leave the scene. There was a piece of vehicle debris belonging to the suspect vehicle on scene. The victim was advised to maintain all vehicle pieces for the EPD Hit and Run Detective. s completed a report, furnished the victim with a case number and forwarded the report to the EPD Hit and Run Unit. No arrests were made Carrington, Gloria Den (B F, 65) VICTIM of Battery - Class B Misdemeanor (C), at 1125 W Missouri St, Evansville, IN, between 15:45, 02/27/2016 and 15:46, Battery - Class B Misdemeanor The victim called 911 to report that her wallet was taken from her house. Once on scene, it was discovered that the offender assaulted the victim and took her wallet with bank card. The victim was given a case number and instructed on how to follow through with charges Meriwether, Antonio Lamar (B M, 29) VICTIM of Theft From Motor Vehicle < $750 Theft From Motor (C), at 523 N Main St, Evansville, IN, between 16:44, 02/27/2016 and 16:53, Vehicle < $750 The victim stated that someone got into his parked and unoccupied vehicle, and took the CD player out of it without his permission Floyd, Jeffrey Scott (W M, 51) VICTIM of Burglary Of A Dwelling (C), at 607 W Burglary Of A Maryland St, Evansville, IN, between 16:45, 02/27/2016 and 17:12, 02/27/2016. Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop The reporter stated that a red passenger car hit that rear bumper on her vehicle as she was backing out of a parking space and fled the scene. The reporter stated that it was a white male driver Adrahtas, Robert (W M) VICTIM of Battery-domestic Violence Incident Report (C), at 118 Kimber Ln, Evansville, IN, between 19:28, 02/27/2016 and 19:30, 02/27/2016. Battery-domestic Violence Incident Report s were dispatched to the 100-Blk of Kimber Ln in reference to a domestic violence in progress, and met with the involved parties of a domestic incident. The RP calling Central Dispatch advised that he could see a female hitting a male in the head. SMITH, S. P. WOLF, D. C. A concerned neighbor (IO) told officers that she heard a dispute between her neighbors, a male and female who are boyfriend and girlfriend. The neighbor stated that she found the female outside rolling in the grass intoxicated, so she brought the female into her apartment to sit and have water. The female, who was very intoxicated, told officers that she got into it with her boyfriend, who she lives with. The female didn`t want anyone to get in trouble, and she just wanted to go to bed. The male stated that his girlfriend was "making mountains out of molehills". The male did not wish to file charges either. The parties separated for the evening Evans, Aleisha Dawn (W F, 23) VICTIM of Battery-hff Domestic [am] (C), at 2206 Battery-hff W Maryland St, Evansville, IN, between 18:47, 02/27/2016 and 18:48, 02/27/2016. Domestic [am] The victim stated she let her child`s father, the offender, come into her house to use the bathroom. While in the house, he saw a letter from an inmate from the jail addressed to the victim. This upset the offender and he started to grab the victim s hair and throw her into the wall. The victim complained of pain on the left side of her head, but refused AMR. The victim also stated that before he left, he spit in her face. DEBLANC, M. E. The offender was gone prior to our arrival. The victim was given a case number and advised how to obtain a protective order and follow through with the prosecutor s office.

Upon arrival, the victim stated the offender had been living in her detached garage for the past two day. The offender was upset with her for some reason and was trying to get into the victim`s home. The offender broke out one of the victim`s windows but did not gain access. The victim stated she would like to pursue charges at this time Morgan, Mary Leeann (W F, 52) VICTIM of Battery - Class B Misdemeanor (C), at 3023 Claremont Ave, Evansville, IN, between 18:00, 02/27/2016 and 18:03, Battery - Class B Misdemeanor The victim stated that she and the offender, her daughter, were in an argument. During the argument, the victim claims that the offender got close to her and was spitting on her face. The victim stated that she pushed the offender away. The victim then stated that the offender smacked her on the side of the head. The victim stated that she turned around and the offender punched her on the back approximately twelve times Ellis, Keith Allen (W M, 54) VICTIM of Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop (C), at 5708 Spring Lake Dr, Evansville, IN, between 21:30, 02/27/2016 and 21:33, Traffic-accident Hit&run /prop The victim`s vehicles were parked in his driveway sitting side by side. Suspect vehicle was south on Spring Lake Dr Suspect vehicle ran off road on right Suspect vehicle struck the rear passenger side of the Kia The Kia was knocked into the Chrysler. The suspect vehicle fled scene south on Spring lake Dr WD, J. D. CAMPBELL, K. A. MASON, K. L. Witness heard the crash from inside the residence and when he looked outside he saw what appeared to be a Silver or White colored truck leaving the scene. Crime Scene was called for photos Benton, Paige Michelle (W F, 22) VICTIM of Battery - Domestic - Presence Of Child <16 (C), at 4939 Lenape Ln, Evansville, IN, between 21:00, 02/27/2016 and 21:11, Battery - Domestic - Presence Of Child <16 An officer was dispatched to 4939 Lenape Lane in reference to a domestic violence in progress. Upon arrival, the victim stated the suspect came home and WD, J. D.

The victim stated the suspect slapped her in the face on the right side multiple times. The suspect also bit the victim on the hand and now she has a bruise. The victim also has red scratch marks on the side of her face from the physical abuse from the suspect. The victim Grisham and witness Watson were having ice cream in Dairy Queen on N First Ave when the suspects came in. Grisham has a valid restraining order on OF1 out of Warrick County that expires 03/31/ D021403PO OF2 is the twin sister of OF1. Grisham did not see the suspects at first, but heard OF1 say something to the effect of "there`s that bitch, I`m going to beat her up". Grisham looked and saw the suspects standing on the other side of the store. Grisham tried to move back out of their view but they came over to her. They got right up in her face, cussed her and threatened to beat her up. Grisham had turned on the video feature to her IPhone 6s and was letting it run. OF2 knocked the phone out of Grisham`s hand. It went flying across the room and was damaged. There were other patrons and employees in the store. Watson was in the restroom when Grisham was first approached by the suspects. Watson came out and they were right up in Grisham`s face threatening her. The suspects left the scene before officers arrived. The Dairy Queen Manager on scene said the surveillance video could not be accessed until another manager came in on Monday. They will make the video available then. The manager was given a case number to pass on.
