To Veh [bm] Victim called in to records stating that he found the back of his trailblazer had been hit with a rock like object several times, doing damage to the back door of the vehicle. To Veh [bm] Victim called stating that unknown offender took an unknown object and broke out his back window to his vehicle. There was also a dent in the back door of the vehicle below the broken window. Deborah said the offender broke one mirror all the way off and another mirror had the glass all busted in it on listed vehicle that her son drives. Victim called into Records and stated that someone used a landscaping rock and bashed in windows to Victim`s Cadilac and 300. No Suspects Meagher, Heather Allison (W F, 26) VICTIM of Theft From Motor Vehicle < $750 Theft From Motor (C), at 401 N Burkhardt Rd, Evansville, IN, between 13:00, 03/19/2016 and 14:00, Vehicle < $750 03/19/2016. Victim parked her vehicle in the lot of Walmart. While she was inside unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle and stole the listed items Mechels, Leonard Leroy (W M, 72) VICTIM of Theft All Other < $750 (C), at 1316 Theft All Other < E Morgan Ave/n Us Hwy 41, Evansville, IN, on 03/22/2016, 10:20. Reported: $750 The victim is the owner of a trailer park in Henderson KY. He said he was approached by the listed suspect who was asking if someone (victim doesn`t remember the name) that supposedly lived in the trailer park. The victim was not familiar with the name that the suspect was asking for. The suspect then said "he buys guns". The victim said he also buys guns. The suspect said he had style Colts. The victim said they have to be on the up and up and he would need a receipt for the guns. The suspect had the victim drive him over to the area behind the new McDonalds/Subway at Morgan and US 41. The victim gave the suspect $300 to buy the guns. The suspect had the victim park his car on a side street and the suspect went around the building supposedly to buy the guns for the victim. Offender then followed Victim in the car Society VICTIM of Narc-common Nuisance Maintaining (C), at 2504 Manchester Dr, Narc-common Evansville, IN, on 03/22/2016, 12:26. Nuisance s executed a search warrant and located narcotics. Maintaining Hardy, Tamara Kaye (W F, 47) VICTIM of Intimidation - Draws Or Uses Deadly Weapon (C), at 2420 Winding Creek Ln, Evansville, IN, on 03/22/2016, 13:20. Intimidation - Draws Or Uses Deadly Weapon s responded to a subject threatening a care giver with a knife. Upon arrival the offender had fled on foot. A supervisor from Res care found the offender nearby and returned him. He told us he had while unloading the dishwasher took out a sharp knife and threatened the victim. The entire behavior stemmed from him not wanting to do chores and he wanted a cigarette. The offender was angry, shouting, and continuing to threaten to harm to the victim. JACOBS, P. F. CURRENT, F. Victim called in and stated that Offender is calling and threatening him. Offender stated he was gone to come into the business and take care of everybody. Offenders ex-girlfriend works for the Victim Golike, Zarek Ian (W M, 18) VICTIM of To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] (C), at 2808 Pennsylvania St, Evansville, IN, between 00:00, 03/22/2016 and 08:00, To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] Victims 98 Bronco was parked on the side of the road when unknown person or persons threw a large rock or brick and busted out the big back window Society VICTIM of False Informing/reporting [am] (C), at 1049 E Riverside Dr/s New York Ave, Evansville, IN, between 15:18, 03/22/2016 and 15:30, False Informing/reportin g [am] While on a traffic stop the back seat passenger became extremely nervous. The suspect was asked his age and name. He told officers that he was 31 years old, but had to think about both his first and last name. The suspect initially gave the DOB of 01/28/95. When I confronted him about this, the suspect then changed it to s were able to identify the suspect and found that he had a FELONY WRANT for his arrest. VI stated his vehicle was parked in front of his home, but he did not see or hear anything. No damage was done to the vehicle. No suspects at this time. VI has checked with a local business about surveillance and will have them contact EPD when a copy of the video is ready to be picked up To Veh [bm] (C), at 1415 Adams Ave, Evansville, IN, on 03/22/2016, 16:40. No victims listed. To Veh [bm] Reporter was sitting in her car and she just got off work and was waiting for her daughter to get dressed and all at once victim windshield was hit with a BB pellet. There was only one person in the area and it was offender whom immediately ran off and back into a house that he resides in. No other people were seen in the area. Victim feels that offender knows that he shot her vehicle and did not realize that she was sitting in the car when it occurred. MOORE, T. A. SNELLING, N. J. Victim was given Juvenile Detective phone number to call on Wednesday, 3/23/2016 about pressing charges Society VICTIM of Narc-deal Hashoil, Hashish,salvia, Synth W/ Prior < 2 Grams (C), at Covert Ave/greenfield Rd, Evansville, IN, between 17:20, 03/22/2016 and 18:04, Narc-deal Hashoil, Hashish,salvia, Synth W/ Prior < 2 Grams s performed a traffic stop reference case number s located a bag in the front passenger floor board where the suspect was sitting full of individual bags of green leafy substance. The bag also contained digital scales and a grinder. The bag literally had the suspects name on it. He had two priors for marijuana Society VICTIM of Traffic-driving W/lic Prior Susp Prior Of [am] (C), at 6699 Covert Ave/greenfield Rd, Evansville, IN, between 17:20, 03/22/2016 and 17:24, Traffic-driving W/lic Prior Susp Prior Of [am] s performed a traffic stop after the registered owner of the vehicle returned suspended-prior on an Indiana drivers license. s confirmed she was the driver and she could not provide proof of financial responsibility. She had several convictions for no insurance. After stopped officers located open containers of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle. The passenger was taken into custody for felony dealing marijuana reference case number Society VICTIM of Traffic-operate While Htv For Life (C), at 999 Saint Marys Traffic-operate Dr/washington Ave, Evansville, IN, on 03/22/2016, 20:33. While Htv For Life s initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not have a functioning license plate light near Saint Mary`s Dr/Washington Ave. The driver was HTV for life, and failed to provide current proof of insurance. The male also had an open alcohol container in reach of the driver`s seat. The vehicle was towed to 1501 N Evans by Tri State Towing, and the male was transported to the Vanderburgh County Jail, where he was booked under his charges Harrell, Cornelius James (B M, 34) VICTIM of To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] (C), at 200 S Grand Ave, Evansville, IN, between 01:40, 03/22/2016 and To Veh >$250 < 01:44, $2,500 [am] s were dispatched to the listed address in reference to a criminal mischief in progress. He stated the offender then got into her minivan and began to back out of the driveway. The offender then stopped, got out of her car, picked up a brick, and threw it at the windshield of his car breaking it. The female then got back into her van and drove off west on Sycamore. A witness, the neighbor across the street, stated he could hear the female screaming and looked out to see what was going on. The witness said he watched the female pick up the brick and throw it at the car windshield before speeding off westbound on Sycamore. The female was gone on our arrival and the victim was given a case number. DECAMPS, M. A Davis, Bradley Michael (W M, 35) VICTIM of To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] (C), at 2617 Hillcrest Ter, Evansville, IN, between 02:40, 03/22/2016 and 02:50, To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] s were dispatched on a BOL for a car that was being chased by another. The caller stated they were being followed by a subject in maroon Ford Mustang and were driving east on the Lloyd Expressway past Rosenberger Ave. s were able to catch up with both cars and initiated a traffic stop on the Mustang. Bradley, the driver of the Mustang, advised he was chasing the caller because he and his friends had thrown a brick at his car. Bradley stated he was letting his dog out when he observed subjects in a white car throw a brick causing damage to the back end of his vehicle. Bradley stated he then got into his car and began to follow them trying to get them to pull over. He stated he had been following the subjects for at least 5 to 10 miles before we pulled him over. There was damage to the soft top of the victims Mustang and also damage along the drivers side door where he stated the subjects were throwing bricks out of the car as he was chasing them. I also spoke with the subjects in the white car who stated they were just sitting at the intersection of Saint Joseph Ave and the Lloyd Expressway when Bradley pulled up along side them and began accusing them of damaging his car. The driver, Jacob, stated he got scared because Bradley was making threats toward him so he drove off. Jacob advised they tried to get away from Bradley but he continued to tailgate them and flash his headlights at them. Jacob said it was at this time they called 911 to try and get help. Jacob and his three other friends denied throwing any items at the victims car but Bradley was adamant that they were the ones who did it. All parties were advised that a report was being taken and Bradley was given a case number to follow up with charges. The involved parties were separated and advised to go home Butts, Derrick Dvon (B M, 45) VICTIM of Robbery - Armed With Deadly Weapon Or Bodily Injury (A), at 1227 Corregidor Cir, Evansville, IN, between 03:15, 03/22/2016 and 03:17, Robbery - Armed With Deadly Weapon Or Bodily Injury was dispatched to 1227 Corregidor Cir. in reference to a hold up in progress. arrived and spoke with the victim, D. Butts, who stated he had just dropped a friend off. The friend had went into the house. D. Butts was sitting in his truck talking on his phone when he noticed a male walking towards his truck DECAMPS, M. A. BOND, T. J.

The subject, identified as the offender, attempted to open the driver`s side door to the truck. The offender then struck the driver`s side window with a black and silver handgun. The glass did not shatter, and the offender fled to the West in between a house and a RV camper. D. Butts described him as a black male wearing a black hoody, pulled over his head, and also wearing a black ski mask. D. Butts stated he was approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build. K9 Henderson and Detective Dickinson were called to the scene Vehicle Damage (C), at 801 S Barker Ave, Evansville, IN, on 03/21/2016, 13:00. Vehicle Damage No victims listed. On around 1300 hours I was assisting Jewell on a traffic stop at 801 S. Barker. After completing the assist, I got into my police car (1506) I was driving, to move it out of the way to allow an involved party move his vehicle. In the process of moving out of the way I backed into the base of a light pole in the parking lot. There were minor scratches on the right rear bumper caused by making contact with the base of the light pole. I notified Sgt. Walters about the incident. She contacted Paul Gelzleichter and I took the car to the garage on Indiana St. to have him look at the damage. He advised me to complete an incident report. SMITH, K. E Wolf, Denise Faye (W F, 51) VICTIM of To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] (C), at 2617 Edgewood Dr, Evansville, IN, between 22:00, 03/21/2016 and 07:12, To Veh >$250 < $2,500 [am] Victim states that when she came out this morning the rear window had been broken out and the bed had been damaged by an unknown suspect(s) that threw rip rap stones through the window City Of Evansville VICTIM of To Veh [bm] (C), at 1159 Old Post Rd, Evansville, IN, between 00:10, 03/22/2016 and 07:00, Reported: To Veh [bm] Reporter states that sometime after midnight last night someone threw two landscape rocks at his vehicle breaking the drivers side rear side window, his drivers side tail light and dented the tailgate Duncan, Linda Bernice (W F, 59) VICTIM of Battery-hff Domestic [am] (C), at 2811 Battery-hff Dennison St, Evansville, IN, between 06:45, 03/22/2016 and 07:18, Domestic [am] The victim stated she and her boyfriend got into an argument over finances. The arguing led to him physically attacking her. The offender left before officers arrived Smith & Butterfield VICTIM of [bm] (C), at 2800 Lynch Rd, Evansville, IN, between 18:00, 03/19/2016 and 08:00, Reported: [bm] On today`s date RP reports unknown suspect/s cut a lock off of an outside wire storage cabinet that cantained two alunimun propane gas tanks (used for forklifts). The tanks were pulled out and sat on the ground but not taken. RP stated this occurred sometime in the past two days. NUSSMEIER, T. S. PAULSON, H. M. MCDOWELL, M. WHITE, T. E. RP wanted a record of the incident. No camares anywhere in the area. I explained it would be documented. No follow up investigation at this time.

This morning she observed a scratch down the entire driver side Economy Inn VICTIM of Theft From Coin Operated Device < $750 (C), at 701 N First Ave, Evansville, IN, between 18:00, 03/21/2016 and 11:00, Theft From Coin Operated Device < $750 Patel manages the Economy Inn, states that an unknown suspect jimmied the lock to the Pepsi machine by the office door, opened it and stole approx $15 in change Skinner, Jennifer Lynn (W F, 37) VICTIM of Auto Theft- Automobiles (C), at 2060 Auto Theft- Conlin Ave, Evansville, IN, between 02:00, 03/22/2016 and 11:30, Automobiles The victim stated that she went to bed around 02:00 on The victim woke up around 11:30 am and found her car missing. The victim stated that her extra set of keys came up missing around 1 month ago. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend moved out 2 weeks ago. On the victim`s ex-boyfriend left a message on the victim`s voic that said "I see where your car is motherfucker!". NUSSMEIER, T. S. LLOYD, B. R. Buildings < $750 The victim flagged me down reference a theft that had occurred in early March. He stated appliances in one of his rental properties were stolen by a relative of a tenant Society VICTIM of Found Property (C), at 1307 East Park Dr, Evansville, IN, Found Property between 14:20, 03/22/2016 and 14:30, Reporter found bicycle abandoned in the roadway in front of his residence. (W F, 63) VICTIM of Residential Entry (C), at 2917 S Ruston Residential Entry Ave, Evansville, IN, between 03:40, 03/22/2016 and 04:00, Reported: Police were dispatched to 2917 S. Ruston in reference to a residential burglary report. On scene, I spoke with the victim who said a young man walked into her house early this morning claiming that he was looking for her grandson. Her grandson used to live with her but doesn`t anymore. This man claimed he was a friend of the grandson`s, but quickly left when the victim said her son should be arriving back at home any minute Shamell, Alfonso Lee (B M, 58) VICTIM of Vehicle Damage (C), at 3801 Vehicle Damage Bellemeade Ave, Evansville, IN, between 15:10, 03/22/2016 and 15:19, On listed date and time, s were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle accident with property damage. s arrived on scene and spoke with both individuals. s learned the incident was not technically considered a crash, since neither vehicle was in motion. The caller, identified as the victim, stated he was looking out of the window of the building and observed the offender`s vehicle door slam into the passenger door of his vehicle. He stated the offender was trying to back out of the parking space to leave, but he stated she needed to stop and he was calling the police. The victim`s vehicle had noticeable damage to the passenger door, to include a dent, scratches and paint transfer. The offender opened her vehicle door, the wind caught it and it slammed into the vehicle next to her, identified as the victim`s vehicle. She stated it was an accident and did not think anything about, so she was going to leave. s questioned the offender about why she was going to leave after she noticed there was damage to the victim`s vehicle. She stated it did not look that bad and that she had people do it to her before. s explained that was the wrong answer and that she was responsible for today`s incident. s completed a report, furnished both the victim and the offender with a case number and forwarded the report. No citations were issued and no arrests were made. HELM, J. E. THIRY, K. D Joann Superstore VICTIM of Theft- Shoplifting < $750 (C), at 929 N Green River Rd, Theft- Shoplifting Evansville, IN, between 15:00, 03/22/2016 and 15:25, Reported: < $750 An officer was dispatched to 929 N Green River Rd in reference to a theft report. Upon arrival, the reporter stated he watched a the suspect come into the store. The reporter advised the suspect looked familiar from previous thefts from the store. The reporter advised the suspect has stolen from them as well as other JoAnn stores in different cities. The reporter stated the suspect filled a shopping cart with items and then used home floral plants to cover it all. The suspect then quickly fled the store with the cart without paying for any of the items. The suspect then got into a white suv and left prior to police arrival Problems On The Property (C), at 4100 Covert Ave, Evansville, IN, between 15:50, Problems On The 03/22/2016 and 16:10, No victims listed. Property The involved other is the Director of Plant Operations/Security for Healthsouth Deaconess. There were additional minor scratches to the vehicle Crabtree, Karimah Donyele (W F, 19) VICTIM of Battery - Injury To Pregnant Battery - Injury To Woman (C), at 1101 Edgar St, Evansville, IN, between 18:15, 03/22/2016 and 18:20, Pregnant Woman I was dispatched to 1101 Edgar Street in regards to a domestic violence in progress. The RP, Donetta Mockobee, advised the offender had assaulted her daughter, the victim, Karimah Crabtree. Mockobee was not on scene but had been speaking to Crabtree on the phone during the incident. She said Crabtree was pregnant and a one year old child was also inside the home. MERRISS, T. L. BREWER, J. W. Upon arrival, I made contact with Crabtree outside of the home. She said the offender had already left the scene in a black passenger car with his girlfriend. Crabtree explained that she had been living at the address, which is the offenders mothers house, with the offender. They had been in a dating relationship for approximately three years, have a child in common and she was currently pregnant with his child. The offender recently broke up with her but she remained at the house because she had nowhere else to go. The offender brought his new girlfriend over to the house today. The new girlfriend started to "talk shit" to Crabtree. They got into a verbal argument and the offender told his new girlfriend to go outside. The offender and Crabtree continued to argue while the new girlfriend was yelling from the outside. During the argument, Crabtree was holding their baby, IO #1. While they were arguing,

The offender proceeded to put Crabtree in a headlock and choked her, making it difficult for her to breathe. Afterward, the offender threw Crabtree to the ground. I observed red marks on Crabtrees left forearm that looked like a hand had grabbed her. The offender left the scene with his girlfriend in an unknown black passenger car. Crabtree was provided with a Notice of Victim Rights per IC She was also provided with social services agencies in the community to assist her. I gave her instructions to obtain a protective order against the offender Family Dispute/cps (C), at 310 E Florida St, Evansville, IN, between 17:30, Family Dispute/cps 03/22/2016 and 17:36, No victims listed. A juvenile was fighting his father, Will. The mother is incarcerated and there was a dispute who the juvenile was living with at the time. Will stated that he located drugs in the juvenile`s bag and they got into a fight about it. CPS was contacted to determine where the juvenile would be placed with. The juvenile was released to the grandmother, Lile. CPS stated they needed a case report for why they were called out. A skeleton report was submitted. MURRAY, D. P Hall, Jeffrey Ray (W M, 40) VICTIM of [bm] (C), at 2015 E Riverside Dr, Evansville, IN, between 19:08, 03/22/2016 and 19:15, [bm] s met with the victim of a criminal mischief at 2015 E Riverside Dr. The victim stated that his neighbor to the south (2020 Culverson) was cutting down trees in their yard, and they fell a tree the wrong way, and it damaged part of the victim`s fence. The victim stated that there were three white males cutting down trees. The victim told officers that he spoke to one of the males, and that the male told the victim that he would give the male $ The victim stated that the three males fled on foot when the victim stated that he was calling the police. The victim was given a case number. WOLF, D. C. s spoke with the neighbor that lives at 2020 Culverson. The neighbor stated that it was his grandson that was cutting down trees. The three males that were cutting trees also had a fire started in the back yard, and they left it unattended when they fled. The boyfriend called a ride from his brother, the offender. Ferguson stated that when the offender arrived, he began to yell and verbally threaten her. Ferguson stated she would not have called police if she thought the offender would not do something about it. Upon arrival, s spoke with the manager, which advised a black male stole 2 containers of Tide Detergent. The manager said when she stopped the male outside the store he returned 2 containers. The manager advised the offender she could still see 2 more containers, at which point he began to walk away. The manager stated the black male was wearing a brown hat, blue jacket with white stripes, between years old, and was around 5`4 to 5`6 on his height. The manager said he walked North on Morton then she lost sight of him. s arrived a short time later and canvassed the area. s were unable to locate anyone matching the description. The offender also went through a second purse, but nothing was taken. Another employee entered the coat room and began talking to the offender. After a short conversation, the two left the room. She refused to give them to him and he got very mad and started yelling at her and she said he "choked" her, forcing her to step back two or three steps, so she ran and locked herself in her bathroom. She said he forced the door open, damaging the molding and door knob facing and she decided to come out and give him his keys. When M.B. got his keys he left and that was when she called the police.
