Female left the scene without attempting to notify the owner. Juvenile transported back to her house and turned over to a parent. 16P SUS 05:36:36 03/21/16 N MAIN ST Suspicious Vehicle Synopsis: One male contacted sleeping in a car in the parking lot of local business. Female was issued a trespass warning for the property. 16P NFA 15:11:57 03/21/16 E COLLEGE AVE Hazardous Condition Synopsis: Complaint of a blue color liquid leaking from a parked vehicle. Found to be a dye for pesticide sprayers. Driver of the other vehicle was contacted and claimed that the Female had been driving really slow and there were no oncoming vehicles. 16P NFA 20:08:36 03/21/16 HARRISON ST Dog at Large Synopsis: A small yellow and white male dog was taken to the animal shelter. Officer determined it to be a mother verbally disciplining her son.
