Moreover, he is a World Bank Consultant on issues of finance of higher education. He has examined financial aid systems in Latvian higher education. Dr. Ali Ait Si Mhamed was a Fulbright Scholar from the USA to Latvia in Dr. Ali Ait Si Mhamed has presented in many international conferences, has conducted many seminars in finance, distance learning, and many other related university education topics. He has served in many committees and boards to help develop courses, assessment tools in class and university partnership programs.
