Héra takes over important property assets in Italy and abroad actually entering as developer of residential and resort real estate. INTERNATIONALIZATION Héra makes factual its presence abroad through strategic partnership agreements. The first branch outside Italy is opened in downtown Moscow. INTERNAL ORGANIZATION Héra becomes Héra International Real Estate and creates dedicated divisions to handle the different business segments: corporate, retail and international development. THE PATH OF GROWTH Héra strengthens its presence abroad: new branches are opened in London, New York City and Beijing INTEGRATION Héra intensifies its consultancy and advisory activity for primary financial institutions and starts a new division dedicated to offering integrated services, with a focus on properties involved in NPLs situations CONSOLIDATION Héra strengthens its governance with the entering of well known and respected personalities in the Board of Directors, while also creating a new division dedicated to consultancy and development in the hotellerie business.

Beyond the agency activities we also offers support to the investors providing legal advice in real estate matters, both within residential and commercial properties and financial support. MOSCOW We started China in 2010 and opened our first office early in 2012 in the Citic Building, a historic property in the financial district of the capital. In 2014 we started a joint venture with Cype, an investment company headed by Mike Hu. We manage, in exclusive, Cype investment into real estate and in other strategic businesses.
