Böhm as President of the Company, the Board of Directors of OTI Energy AG has in a meeting on 28 February 2011 unanimously elected Dr Marco Marenco as new President. Further, Dr Nicolò von Wunster has been appointed as new CEO/Delegate of the Board and Mr Udo Schiller, Morbio Superiore, as Director in charge of Administration, Finance and Control.
