1 Our compensation plan was designed to enable our subscribers to generate weekly and monthly high commissions as quickly as possible. The foundation of our comp plan is based on a $25/month subscription; a 2x2 business center and our subscribers have multiple optional levels they may participate in, as well as the opportunity to earn 50% - 100% profit if subscribed to our affiliate partnership program. Entrepreneur Level Commissions We have our entry-level business center, as outlined in graphic A1 below. Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 1 business center as a business specialist and generate $125 over and over again as often as often as they desire. With this level, bonuses are also made every time someone that you sponsor cycles from their business center. The bonuses generated are demonstrated in example A1.2 showing the bonus paid for the different levels of direct and indirect sponsored people. Example 1

2 Example 1.2 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS SPECIALIST LEVEL): Note when you join Ingreso Cybernetico you are immediately placed into a 2x2 business center. In this example your business center is filled with any combination of sponsored or non sponsored people by you. In this example as long as you are actively subscribed to your monthly $25 USD, it will not matter how this business center was filled. You will be paid in the next week s pay cycle $300, and $100 will be used to start you in a new business center so that you can do this all over again. $400 total generated, $300 goes to you, and $100 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 2

3 Example 1.3 Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 2 business center as a business specialist, and generate $300 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $300 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and or sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. The bottom 4 positions in the business center are considered a pay line and everyone no matter when they join are going to be on someone s pay line. The first user from the pay line on every business center except the Entrepreneur level, is used to place you into a new business center when you cycle, and the remaining 3 positions that paid will generate a payout to you as your commission. 3

4 Example 1.4 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS MANAGER LEVEL): Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 3 business center as a business specialist, and generate $900 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $900 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and/or those sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. $1,200 total generated, $900 goes to you, and $300 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 4

5 Example 2 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS DIRECTOR LEVEL): Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 4 business center as a business specialist, and generate $500 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $500 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and or sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. $2,000 total generated, $1,500 goes to you, and $500 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 5

6 Example 3 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS VP LEVEL): Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 4 business center as a business specialist, and generate $10,500 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $10,500 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and or sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. $14,000 total generated, $10,500 goes to you, and $10,500 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 6

7 Example 4 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS Executive. VP LEVEL): Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 4 business center as a business specialist, and generate $22,500 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $22,500 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and or sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. $30,000 total generated, $22,500 goes to you, and $7,500 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 7

8 Example 5 EXAMPLE (BUSINESS EXEC. VP LEVEL): Notice that each subscriber can generate in our level 4 business center as a business specialist, and generate $22,500 over and over again as often as often as they desire. In order to generate $22,500 the subscriber must complete their business center, which will cause them to cycle. To complete the business center the subscriber must have 6 people in their business center. The complete business center can have a combination of personally sponsored subscribers and or sponsored by others. In any case completing the business center no matter who has sponsored the individuals that cause it to fill. $30,000 total generated, $22,500 goes to you, and $22,500 will re-enter you into a new business center to cycle again. 8

9 Example 6 EXAMPLE (ANY LEVEL): Note that the qualification for all cycle compensation is the subscription payment of **$25 for that month. Each subscriber will be paid a total of 5 levels deep as seen in the example below. For those you directly sponsor, you will be paid $5 USD for each, for your 2nd level indirectly sponsored subscribers you will be paid $2 USD for each, for levels 3-5 you will be paid $1 for each. In this example image you will see the scenario through 12 levels if a each person sponsors 4 each. The lighter shaded area is the example if a person is not a member of the **President s Circle. 9

10 Example 7 In the example below Juan is earning $9, USD each month because of the work he has done to build a strong team and he also continues to earn income from all the cycles created by the business center completions. Juan sponsored 35 people directly ($5/each monthly). Those 35 people sponsored 5 each (indirectly to Juan) which gives Juan 175 people on his 2nd level ($2/each monthly). Those 175 people have sponsored 4 each, which gives Juan 700 people on his 3rd level ($1/each monthly). Those 700 subscribers sponsor 3 each, which will give Juan 2,100 on his 4th level ($1/each monthly). Those 2,100 subscribers sponsor 3 each, this will give Juan 6,300 on his 5th level ($1/each monthly) 10

11 Example 8 Example 9 **Presidents Circle The Presidents Circle has 2 bonus components to it that require no wait time to participate. 11

12 1. Car/Lifestyle Bonus The Ingreso Cybernetico Car Bonus Program is an exciting new addition to the already lucrative Compensation Plan. Participating in the Car (lifestyle) Bonus Program requires a 1 time payment of $300. The Car Bonus is paid out on the 15th of the following month after earning. To keep receiving the Car Bonus every month you must continue to meet the minimum sponsorship requirement EACH MONTH by doing one of the following: Option 1: (Primary Qualification) Sponsor President's Circle subscribers: Sponsor a total of 3 new President's Circle members and earn a $500 bonus Sponsor a total of 6 new President's Circle members and earn a $1,000 bonus Option 2: (Alternate Qualification) Sponsor Business Center members: Sponsor a total of 5 new members at the Business Manager or higher and earn a $500 bonus Sponsor a total of 10 new members at the Business Manager or higher equals a $1,000 bonus You must be a member of the President's Circle to participate in the President's Circle Car Bonus Program. As long as you continue to meet the minimum sponsorship requirements each month you will receive your car bonus the following month on the 15th deposited in your e-wallet. 12

13 Example Fast Start Bonus The fast start bonus pays out through 5 levels in depth from people sponsored to the president s circle. 1st level sponsored directs earn $50 for each 2nd level indirectly sponsored earn $20 for each 3rd level indirectly sponsored earn $10 for each 4th level indirectly sponsored earn $10 for each 5th level indirectly sponsored earn $10 for each 13

14 For example if you sponsor 5 people to the president s club this month, and they each sponsor 5 people to the president s club you will earn the following scenario through 5 levels. 1st level you will earn $250 2nd level you will earn $500 3rd level you will earn $1,250 4th level you will earn $6,250 5th level you will earn $31,250 The IC Affiliate Partnership Program Example 11 14

15 To be an affiliate partner of Ingreso Cybernetico, you must subscribe to be a part of this elite group of resellers who earn affiliate commission from 50% - 100% depending on the product. This product cost $300/year in exchange for the ability to resell and be paid for the new customers of Ingreso Cybernetico Our product list of resalable products are listed below and the percentages earned from each sale. Product Commission is paid through the user back office and managed the same as all monthly commissions and/or bonuses. The funds earned can be used to upgrade immediately or to be withdrawn at the regularly scheduled payment date. All commissions earned as an affiliate partner are tracked and calculated for you to see the details in your e-wallet transaction history. If the monthly membership is not paid then your sites will not generate commissions for sales. Example 12 **All subscription payments are used to pay for the hosting for websites, keep the subscribers business center active *** Smart order is what required to earn car bonuses, other bonuses and contest. Monthly Contest (Rules can change to match the type of contest offered, however they are always listed on the contest pages) User with the most points at the end of the contest will win. 16 C $300 matrix 3 points/new sign up* D $500 matrix 5 points/new sign up* E $1,500 matrix 15 points new sign up* F $3,500 matrix 20 points new sign up* G Join the President's Circle 20 points Each user will earn 10 points for a New Written Testimony about their experience with Ingreso Cybernetico Each user will earn 10 points for a New Video Testimony about their experience with Ingreso Cybernetico (No promotions of teams, presentations, just a personal testimony) 25 points for an approved blog post about your IC experience **Must upload the blog URL in the IC back office under blog post submission 25 points for 1 approved article about any one of the IC products (No additional points for more than 1) To qualify to win a participant must be a member of the corporate Smart Order program Sponsor someone to subscribe to smart order and earn 50 points Subscribe to smart order and earn 25 points Smart Order & New Members Contest Prize Examples Smart Order Contest Prize Examples: 1st Place Prize $1,500 2nd Place Prize $750 3rd Place Prize $500 New Member Contest Rules To participate in the new members contest you must have been with Ingreso Cybernetico for less than 30 days on the day that contest begins. To qualify to win the new member contest the user must be a participant in the Corporate Smart Order program 16

17 The time for any new member to participate can only occur while they are within 30 days of starting. Therefore if the member's time with IC goes beyond 30 days prior to the contest ending, that member can earn no additional points during that specific contest, however all points gathered at that point will count towards the contest. Your success will depend upon how effectively you exercise these qualities. Periodical changes: IngresoCybernetico, SAS reserve the right to amend the Member guidelines, its prices and Compensation Plan at its sole and absolute discretion. By agreeing to the member guidelines, a member agrees to abide by all amendments that Ingreso Cybernetico, SAS elects to make. Amendments shall be effective upon notice to all Members that the Agreement has been modified. Notification of amendments shall be published in official Ingreso Cybernetico, SAS materials. The Company shall provide or make available to all Members a complete copy of the amended provisions by one or more of the following methods: (1) posting on the Company s official web site; (2) electronic mail ( ); (3) fax-on-demand; (4) voice mail system broadcast; (5) inclusion in Company periodicals; (6) inclusion in bonus checks; or (7) special mailings. The continuation of a Member s Ingreso Cybernetico Business or a Members acceptance of bonuses or commissions constitutes acceptance of any and all amendments. 17
