2 Add a Company With a data base of payee s already established, add your payee, and the system will attempt to pull the correct payee match. Use this link to pay your credit card, cell phone bill, or utilities, etc. Add an Individual An Activation Code is required to add an individual. Choose between two options available: Electronic and Check. Pay by Paying and individual by will allow the individual to submit their own bank account information. A Keyword is created then shared with the Payee. Payee will be prompted to verify the keyword for security reasons. Activation Process Select preferred delivery method: code by phone, text message or Enter activation code into box Payee will be sent an *Please note, the payee will have 9 days to complete this process. 3 Pay by Direct ACH If you have your payee s bank account information, skip the process and pay them directly. Simply input their account information. Pay by Check Tell us about the individual Pay a Bank or Credit Union Add additional accounts to pay Choose from: Loan, Credit Card, Checking or Savings Copyright 2014 Lewiston State Bank. 4 View Payees Manage all of your existing payees using these three methods: Pay single payment Edit Update payee s account information Delete remove payee, but have access to payment history for 18 months Payments Tab Payments will process at 1 PM (MT) and 6 AM (MT) Schedule a payment by selecting the following: Pay from Account, Amount, and the Process/Deliver by Date Add an Invoice, or Comment to your payment Comments These are personal only to the subscriber, and will not show on the payment Invoice If you need to add an invoice number, this information will be printed on the check stub. If you try to add an invoice number to an electronic payment, you will be prompted to drop the payment to a one time check Types of Delivery Electronic Payments Payments will be verified for funds, and once available, they will be sent to the payee and take 1 2 business days to process Check Payments Draft Checks will printed and mailed with your checking and routing number on the check, and funds will be deducted with the payee cashes it Copyright 2014 Lewiston State Bank. 5 Recurring Payments Need to schedule a payment that is consistent like your mortgage, rent, or loans? Set up a recurring payment with several frequency options. Scheduled Transactions View your scheduled transactions, and approve all payments, or edit or stop a specific payment. 6 Calendar Your calendar will show an overview of the months bill pay activity including past and future payments up to 18 months. e Notifications Monitor bill pay activity and assist with detecting fraud on your bill pay account. Notifications can be sent by , text message, or both. Event e Notifications can be set up to be sent when a particular event occurs. Log Out e Notifications can be set up to be sent each time a user logs out of bill pay. Recurring e Notifications can be sent when you choose. Reminders can remind you to pay a bill.
