Strengthening synergy processes between professionalisation and local development strategies. Method Thinking professionalization as a global process Identifying relevant State of the Art through the contributions of research and international comparisons. Eliciting dialogue & exchanges between various professionalization actors and networks. Defining, for the benefit of actors and ministry decision-makers, operational principles of implementing professionalisation processes.
