This is the result of action taken in: Product innovation, with the take-off in 2013 of our new home insurance policy and the launch of a more flexible comprehensive professional insurance solution; The innovation process, with our all-online services contributing to Crédit Agricole Group s multi-channel distribution ambitions. The national roll-out of in-kind compensation continued; The quality of claims handling, a precious asset for 1 million clients in 2013, a year in which natural events hit particularly hard. The Customer Promoter Score among clients making claims exceeded +37% and 94% of them stated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with handling of their claim. Despite this context, our sales activity generated a net increase of 259,000 policies. Our portfolio therefore grew by 3%, three times faster than the market as a whole. Our turnover increased by 6.2%, almost three times the growth rate of the French market. After a rise of 20% between 2010 and 2012, commission increased by 6.2% in OUR STRATEGY FOR 2014 RETAIL MARKET PROFESSIONAL MARKET AS PART OF THE MEDIUM-TERM PLAN OF THE CRÉDIT AGRICOLE GROUP, our objective is to increase the proportion of general insurance policyholders to 40% of the customers of the Regional Banks. LCL has also decided to invest heavily to increase its penetration rate. To achieve these objectives, Pacifica has launched two major projects: APC 40 and New Sesame. THE APC 40 PROJECT (40% of bank customers with at least one policy, 40% of these customers with more than one policy, for 40 partner banks), has the following priorities: Refocus our efforts on our core range; A strong emphasis on multi-equipment of our clients Intensify customer relations using a multi-channel approach A special effort to develop our sales with LCL, with whom we have significant room for progress. New Sesame, the future insurance workstation for bank counsellors, has moved into the active design phase. A complete diagnosis has been conducted and the target has been defined, for rollout at the end of IN LINE WITH THE GROUP S EFFORT TO DEVELOP ITS PROFESSIONAL MARKET, Pacifica is setting up its Pros 2020 project with the launch of group insurance for professionals in mid Our objective is to improve our position in individual health cover and to take a significant share of the new market created by the obligation to provide group insurance for employees.
