3 Personalities STAR MORNING SHOW w/ Joe & Tina Joe Cicero & Tina Bree were both born and raised in the Chicago area. As a father of two, Joe talks about his parenting dilemmas, life observations and anything local that affects daily life here in the Chicago suburbs.
