Through the system, you ll have access to this essential information: FUEL CONSUMPTION Fuel represents a machine s #1 operating expense, and tracking gallons per hour affects profitability. Watching diesel consumption gives insight into fleet productivity and how hard operators are working each machine. ZXLink provides fuel data in several different formats, including consumption, load utilization, and more. AN EYE ON UTILIZATION To ensure you re milking every drop of productivity out of the machines in your fleet, ZXLink provides machine-uptime data the amount of time a machine is working at various load levels. It will also display utilization by function for specific machines. For example, you can see how much time an excavator spends traveling versus swinging.
