2 One option required CaseMaster:Debt Enterprise The Enterprise version is our flagship offering for the Debt Management industry and is designed for established companies with over 250 live cases. The Enterprise version can scale to hundreds of concurrent users and many thousands of live cases. We have a great deal of experience in migrating data from competing systems making the transition to CaseMaster:Debt as easy as possible. The Enterprise version can be customised to meet your exact requirements and either be installed on your own infrastructure (hardware and additional licenses not included, please refer to document Infrastructure Requirements ) or on our servers located in dedicated secure data centres. Base Modules CaseMaster:Debt base system Including 5 users licenses Jet Ole-DB (Access) Suitable for up to 5 concurrent users and around 500 live cases SQL Server Support Can scale to hundreds of concurrent users and thousands live cases. Easy maintenance. Does not include a licence for SQL Server. SQL Server Express is free of charge and is suitable to around 2000 live cases. A separate license is required for SQL Servers which scale further MySQL Support Can scale to hundreds of concurrent users and thousands live cases. Relatively easy maintenance but some technical skills required. Does not require a separate licence 7,500 free Optional Modules BACS module Allow paying by BACS thus saving on cheque stationary and manual processing Consolidated BACS module Allow combining multiple payments to same creditor into one transaction thus saving on bank charges. Note that not all creditors will accept consolidated BACS Direct Debit module Allow clients to pay using Direct Debit thus increasing your credit control success rate Prospect support module Powerful module for outbound call centre activities Bank statement upload module Upload bank statements from all major banks thus avoiding retyping and errors; detect 1,200

Note that an annual license is required for the Royal Mail Postcode Address File of around 200 a year (first year included) Introducers portal A powerful system for your introducers; eliminates rekeying data, reduces time to firstclient -contact and a superb tool to offer added value to your introducers. This portal does require that you have a fixed IP address SMS text messages module Send text messages directly from the system. Cheaper than letters and on many occasions more effective. Text message credits are bought in bulk Fax module Allow you to send faxes to your creditors (e.g. proposals). Faxes are sent using a 3 rd party service called myfax. Sage export (Line 50 or line 100) This module will allow you to export data in a format which can be imported into Sage (Line 50 or Line 100) Campaign module Send letters, s and text messages to all cases which meet certain criteria. Powerful tool for supporting your outbound call centre and re-contacting leads Document management module Save space, time and cost by scanning all your incoming post and processing it electronically. Does require a high-speed scanner Card payments integration Greatly increase the efficiency of your credit control by accepting debit and credit card payments; including taking scheduled payments (even allow you to take monthly payment from card).
