8 HAMILTON HOSTED SOLUTIONS ALL S IN U.S. CURRENCY Hamilton Hosted Solutions works in conjunction with the Data Access Network (D.A.N.) to provide secure, cloud-based data storage with near real-time reporting for individual or multiple locations. BUSINESS DASHBOARD MODULE The customizable Business Dashboard provides near real-time transaction data from your location(s) to help you gauge site activity. You determine which reports and information are most important to you, and create dashboard that is relevant to your business model. Information such as total revenue, equipment status, daily item counts, sales by hour, and today s sales by item. You can even track the weather at your location(s). Customized reports allow you to track activity from individual HTK, CTK, or Gold Line Autocashiers in automatic bays, DTT s in self serve bays, vacuums, or even change machines. DATA STORAGE MODULE Hamilton Hosted Solutions provides peace of mind for the business owner by providing a secure, cloud based data storage for your Data Access Network(s). Data will be backed up and reported in near real-time, meaning within a few seconds of when the transaction occurs. In the event that a fatal error would occur and your D.A.N. would have to be replaced, the historical data for the location will remain intact on our servers. 11 ALL S IN U.S. CURRENCY TIME PASS SYSTEM The Hamilton Time Pass System is your all-in-one solution for car washes that operate on a wash-by-time model. Our package includes the Time Pass Network System, a Gold Line Autocashier, and a Ticket Vendor. The Ticket Vendor is located at the entrance to your facility, dispensing a ticket to all inbound customers. The Autocashier, stationed at the exit, calculates the fees, displays the amount, accepts payment, returns change, and operates the exit gate. Fees may be collected via the bill acceptor, the coin acceptors (coins or tokens), or the credit card acceptor.
