Models of Excellence Congratulation to Chantilly Academy Cosmetology and Advisor Wayne White for competing in the first ever Chapter of Excellence program. They were entered into the Personal Skills sections for their project of Winter Extravaganza Head Start program. Well done, we are so excited to have Virginia so well represented.
