1 Ross Leimberg MBA 2012 Ross Leimberg draws from a variety of business development, investing, and consulting experiences from within the life sciences industry. As an Associate at Locust Walk Partners, Ross has advised leading biopharma business development professionals on the execution of high value transactions across multiple therapeutic areas and development stages. At SR One, the venture capital subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline, he led diligence for select investment opportunities and screened over 100 early stage biotechnology companies. Prior to SR One, Ross worked in Pfizer s business development group where he actively managed dozens of M&A and licensing deals. He concurrently worked in Pfizer s commercial planning group where he led the overhaul of short and long term disease area strategies and product forecasts. He began his career as a consultant at ZS Associates. Ross holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and a BAS in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

2 Daniel Oliver MBA 2013 Daniel Oliver is a former systems engineer with Honeywell Aerospace and founder of Intelligent Mobility International, a social entrepreneurship enterprise he established to provide rugged, low-cost wheelchairs throughout the world. His experience in product development and launching new ventures extends beyond the aerospace and mobility industries to include working with a software startup and helping bring the world s most efficient solar cell to market. Daniel graduated from Caltech in 2007 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Business and in 2013 received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

3 Steven Porter MBA 2011 Over the past decade, Steve has conducted extensive clinical, public health, and management work in South Africa. Steve s career combining medicine and business began when he worked as Princeton-in-Africa Fellow with mothers2mothers (m2m), a Cape Town-based non-profit organization providing peer-based psychosocial support services to pregnant women and new mothers living with HIV/ AIDS. His clinical work in South Africa has included a combined family medicine and infectious disease rotation at a rural government hospital in the Eastern Cape Province. Most recently, Steve worked as a Consultant in the Johannesburg office of the global management consulting firm Bain & Company, where he scoped and executed cases in the mining, retail, and non-profit sectors. Steve plans to pursue clinical training in obstetrics and gynecology. He is committed to serving socially and economically disenfranchised populations and aims to do so through a combination of clinical and healthcare management work, both domestically and in South Africa. Steve holds a BA summa cum laude from Princeton University (2004), an MD with Honors from Harvard Medical School (2011), and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2011). Outside of work, Steve enjoys yoga, running, and, most importantly, relaxing with his wife, Amy, and their daughter, Eloise.

4 John Strenkowski MBA 2009 John Strenkowski has a diverse background in the healthcare industry. John started his career at Johnson & Johnson, where he worked in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products in marketing, brand management, sales, and new product development roles. After gaining valuable experience working with several venture capital firms, he joined the commercialization team at the medical device startup company TransEnterix. Upon being selected as the first Innovation Fellow at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John identified a promising medical diagnostic technology within the university, licensed the technology to Novametics a company that he cofounded, raised funds to pursue product development, and has led the company as Chief Executive Officer since its inception. John received a BS in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

5 Ridhi Tariyal MBA 2009 Ridhi Tariyal joins us most recently from the Broad Institute where she led an international genomics operation. She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Biomedical Enterprise from MIT. The majority of her career has been focused on commercializing innovations in science, medicine and technology with the goal of improving outcomes in healthcare. In the past few years, her areas of interest and expertise have focused on genetics in emerging markets, especially in India and Africa. She also has a keen interest in diagnostics which can impact women s health and fertility.
