1 SONIA TANEJA ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR MANAGEMENT Impact Statement: As evidence that I have successfully joined scholarly conversations in my discipline, my articles have been cited 144 times (h-index = 7) in a variety of journals. These articles appeared in such prominent journals as Journal of Business Strategy, Journal of Management History, Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship. The 2010 Journal of Management History article that I co-authored was listed as a Top 20 Article Downloads in 2013 and Top 20 Articles-Immediacy in Journal of Management history. The 2009 Delhi Business Review article, Empowerment from the Gender Perspective was selected for inclusion in a book, which is being published by a professor at Yasar University in Izmir, Turkey to educate the business leaders of tomorrow. I have served, and continue to serve, as a reviewer for many scholarly journals. I served as Guest Editor for the July, 2014 Special Issue of the Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship which was dedicated to the topic of service management.
