Best practice is to identify frequently accessed documents and have them scanned, indexed and immediately available. Dormant documents, if required, can be scanned on demand. Our system will reduce your in-house paper and minimise search time. Documents can be indexed using a number of fields and formats (pdf, tiff, etc) Secure shredding. Data protection legislation means companies face heavy penalties and reputational damage in the event of personal identity details leaking into the public arena. We take the risk out of the whole destruction process. We offer chain of custody at every stage. We will work with you to design and implement a secure document destruction programme to suit your business. Federal Archive will call to your office daily, weekly or monthly to collect and securely destroy unwanted documents. Secure console bins can be installed in your premises if required. In addition to documents we also collect and securely destroy hard drives, dvd s and other electronic media. Office re-location. With INFOKEEPER on-line you can have an independent secure catalogue of your business records. The catalogue is entered by you on-line and the boxes can be sealed in your premises before being collected by us. If a file needs to be traced, your full catalogue is available on-line, just click on the retrieve button and a request is created immediately. Our normal delivery is same day.
