2 How we help We help and support people to regain and retain their independence at home through a free reablement service. * Our services are delivered for up to six weeks with an emphasis on longevity of independence. We operate this service across the county with referrals coming from community and hospital teams. Our friendly and highly-trained team work closely with you to support your recovery in your own home, rather than staying longer in hospital than you might need to. Your support plan is bespoke and designed with you in mind. Our aim is to make sure you get the support you need when you need it and to help you on your journey back to independence. *Subject to a local authority assessment And don t just take our word for it After time in hospital following a fall we supported Bryan. Our team worked with Bryan preparing meals, organising his medication and helping him to get ready for the day ahead. 4 How we help We know how important it is for you to remain independent in your own home. Sometimes, it is the little things which become the most challenging. Our Support at Home service gives you that helping hand with everyday tasks. Supporting you to live and remain independent in your own home, we will work with you and your family to come up with a support plan that meets your needs. This might be help with day-to-day tasks like: Supporting you to get dressed and washed, ready for the day ahead Helping you to make a hot drink and meal Assisting you with any medication needs Helping you with the weekly shop Supporting you with cleaning tasks around the home Our teams are DBS-checked and are there to help and listen to any worries you may have, as well as making sure your support package is always right for you. And don t just take our word for it Following a car accident, Cherry has received support from our team in her home. Her injuries mean she finds some tasks a little tricky, but our team take that worry away with their considerate and respectful approach. 6 How we help If the weekly wash has become a struggle or you need some specialist cleaning support our experienced laundry team will remove those worries for you. Our drivers and teams are all employed and trained by us so we are in control of the high quality we offer. It is more than just a laundry service too, with our trained staff combining deliveries with a safe and well check to make sure our clients have all they need. We recognise that a hello and a quick chat is an essential part of what we do. We offer: A weekly service we do the washing and return it to your front door A next day turnaround service when it is most needed Emergency support for nursing homes and residential homes alike We will pick up your laundry from your home or place of work carry out a full wash, then deliver it back to your door.
