The Trades Skills includes the construction of a commercial kitchen with teaching café, an adjoining horticultural centre with a multimedia theory space, a greenhouse facility and a demonstration working urban size allotment and also the provision of equipment. It will deliver qualifications in food processing, horticulture and hospitality to address skills shortages in horticulture and in the trades of baker, cook and landscape gardener.
