1 Appendix A: Post-secondary opportunities in Ohio While many post-secondary plus occupations are projected to decline, there are some occupations that are projected to remain robust through This list uses BLS job projection data from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. Educational pathways rely on the average degree or training found within the occupation, as designated in the BLS projections. The list has been screened to show occupations that are projected to have more than 50 openings annually ( ) and an entry hourly wage of at least $10, and that do not require a four-year college degree. Managerial and supervisory positions that offer require extensive job experience have also been eliminated.
