XBRL technique can help software vendors to deliver more value to the customer if done in the right way e.g.: Use modern technique to send and sign data (webservice) anywhere, anytime, on any device Provide validation rules together with Taxonomy (formula linkbase) so validation can be done at client side Provide versioning (second year) to help client to change mapping of data to new taxonomy 5. Involve software vendors in the architecture of the taxonomy We would like to be helpful with our competence to collaborate for simplifying for our Swedish companies and Accounting offices 6.
