Flame is controlled via photocell. Works quietly due to special design. System monitoring with integrated electrical command panel. Burners are produced in conformity with EN 298-A standard with which also all inspection, measurement and controlling accessories are in accommodation. Light aluminum alloy body. Burning nozzle is high temperature resistant. Fuel connection hose is on burner. MODULATIN CONTROL DEVICE: System has temperature, pressure control transmitter and PID control components. Impermeability control system is included. MICROPROCESSING BURNER CONTROL SYSTEM Oxygen trim system is included. Additionally Inventor system can be applied with additional inventor frequency device if needed.

3 3/11 Specifications of system; System has processor that enables safety combustion that controls operation duration and timing of burner. Malfunctions can be detected via controlling system. Contactor group and circuit breaking system for fan motor is located inside the burner (delta contactor for power lower than 7,5 kw and star contactor for 7,5 kw and above). Electrical system has a main breaker and command breaker for safety. Emergency stop button is on the device to stop the system in case for unwanted situations. To monitor the main electrical status; voltmeter, command switch and phases indicator lamps such as R, T and S are on the control panel.

4 4/11 Main breaker pacco switch is in the electrical system to cut the power in case of system failure and malfunctions. If there is a burner malfunction, signal lamp and alarm horn become active. System has a lamp that indicates burner is operating. Secondary relay, cable and clips are integrated in system for external signals. Combined burners (dual fuel firing burners) has fuel switch button. System diagnosis information and statistically data can be viewed by diagram on the command panel to monitor system status such as: - Burner is automatically operating - Bobbin is on (for fuel oil and dual fuel firing burners only) - Minimum gas pressure is low (for gas and dual fuel firing burner only) - Minimum gas pressure is normal (for gas and dual fuel firing burners only) - Maximum gas pressure is high (for gas and dual fuel firing burners only) - Air pressure is low - Air pressure is sufficient - Burner is on - Fan motor malfunction - Fan is on - Servomotor is min. - Servomotor is max. - Gas leak (for gas and dual fuel firing burners only) - Pilot valve is on - Safety valve is on (for gas and dual fuel firing burners only) - Operating valve is on (for gas and dual fuel firing burners only)

5 5/11 MICRO PROCESSING DIGITAL COMBUSTION SYSTEM Micro processing digital combustion control units reduces consumption by adjusting fuel and air flaps separately. System can generate different curves for each fuel type that shows the relation between fuel and air. Reduces fuel consumption (by %1) and energy consumption owing to decrease regarding loses of combustion air supply mechanism and eccentric levers. In electronic systems, entrapment ratio is increased due to relocated minimum capacity point in ignition section lower than default.

6 6/11 Depending on the heat capacity of boiler, trim control system reduces fuel consumption by %2-3 with the aid of the reduced step-in and out actions. Combustion control unit is encrypted therefore only educated and experienced staff can access the system. Rationally system is under protection against misusing. Other than flame percentage and all operational data, last 10 system faults can be viewable on digital screen, thus diagnostic and troubleshooting duration is decreased. Gas valves are checked regularly before they are on, therefore burner is operated with safety. Speed controller device (frequency changer) can be added additionally to make the burner suitable for smaller boilers without having combustion performance reduced. That enables system save fuel but this is not the only benefit of using a speed controller in system. Reducing an electrical driven rotary engine s frequency from 50 Hz to 25 Hz dramatically reduces consumption of electricity. System is suitable with industrial communication software such as CanBus, InterBus, ProfiBus and ModBus. O2 TRIM SYSTEM O2 trim systems have the ability to keep the process of burning and mixing fuel with combustion air under control as a closed and sealed system. Oxygen trim constantly and automatically compensates the variables that crucially take part in combustion. This advantage makes the burner control O2 strictly and eventually approximately %2-3 fuel consumption is saved.
