Healthy Wellington Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan This is the integrated plan for prevention activities in Wellington Shire and for improving the health, safety and wellbeing of the community. 36

37 Transport is Everyone s Business in Wellington Shire Wellington Primary Care Partnership and Wellington Shire Council recently partnered to develop a suite of resources entitled Transport is Everyone s Business in Wellington Shire. Developed specifically to enhance the accessibility of services, the resources will potentially guide service planning and delivery to better meet the needs of clients. Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Plan The Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Plan draws from The Public Health and Wellbeing Act (2008) and the Victorian Health Priorities Framework Measuring health promotion impacts: A guide to impact evaluation in integrated health promotion The impact evaluation guide has been developed to support agencies within Primary Care Partnerships (PCPs) in assessing and reporting on the impact of their health promotion activity. This guide complements the health promotion planning and reporting tools being used by the sector and promotes a more rigorous approach to planning and evaluation. 37
