You are requested to automate it and to provide the following features on an Excel Spreadsheet: Data entry must happen on a customized Form. Engineers and Mechanics dislike filling a massive set of columns. All fields available in the figure file required for registering a maintenance record. The maintenance record must be available to be printed out. Please, provide a way for users to print a specific maintenance record according to layout of the figure, but remember that it is an official report, use the Style Guideline instructions to perform the correct formatting and use of diagrams. o Users must be able to query the maintenance records list using the Chassis no and the Entrance Date to find and print the selected record. Date of 29
8 Create a Help sheet with instructions for users explaining how to insert appointment records, how to search for a specific record and how to print it out. INTRODUCTION WS Motors is an industry with a modern visual identification, every visual piece or document must represent it, and do not forget that the philosophy of WS Motors is related to the environment preservation and conservation. Beyond the concerns mentioned before, all diagramming and formatting style need to represent movement and freedom. Avoid the use of images, arts and shapes which do not transmits the idea of movement. On all of your solutions, consider that the WS Motors users are not well familiarized with IT stuff, so, be careful while developing the requested solutions. Especially on database applications and spreadsheets, you must always provide a way for users to identify what they are exactly doing, in which step of a process they are, what they are doing wrong and what they need to do to perform the desired action.
