3 DIVERSE PERSONAL LIVING GROUPS Every living group is an integral part of the learning experience. Designed as a suite, the eight bedrooms each feature a private bath and open on to a common living area. HBS carefully selects living group members who represent a broad range of countries, industries, and functions. PRIVATE FITNESS AND WELLNESS CENTER Shad Hall features an indoor walking/jogging track; basketball, racquetball, and squash courts; outdoor tennis courts; table tennis; aerobics studios; fitness equipment; whirlpool, steam, and sauna; yoga, Pilates, spin, cycling, and strength training classes; and personal trainers and nutritionists. 4 OWNER/PRESIDENT MANAGEMENT OPM is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and top executives including CEOs, presidents, COOs, and managing directors who lead companies with annual sales of at least $10 million. Candidates must have at least 10 years of work experience, hold a significant equity stake, and be directly involved in running the business. While focused on entrepreneurial leadership, executives from boot-strapped, venture-funded, or long-established companies also are welcome to attend. POWERFUL RESULTS OPM is a game changer. From strategy development and financial management to team building and decision-making, OPM helps you achieve your business goals and realize your leadership potential. You ll delve into the business fundamentals, innovative strategies, and best practices of successful entrepreneurs and business owners around the world and emerge ready to lead crossfunctional change and drive long-term growth. Presented as a three-week session each year over three consecutive years, OPM minimizes your time away from the business and maximizes the value as you apply new insights and skills in between units. Its innovative feedback loop enables you to test out new ideas, analyze the results, and evaluate options with faculty and peers. The program consists of three units: Analyzing and Pursuing Opportunities, Leading Growth and Transformation, and Planning Future Transitions. Each one focuses on a key aspect of running a successful business and builds on the previous unit.
