11 How the TRANSACTION Development Process Works Three step process Record Map Run Manually Record the SAP Transaction Map the Recorded SAP Fields with your Excel Spreadsheet SHUTTLE data into or out of SAP 11

17 Record: Step through the transaction, screen by screen and touch at least those fields that you want to load via the Excel 17

19 Mapping means connecting the recorded fields with the Excel columns. The process is a simple drag and drop process. If you wish, you can use the automapping feature. 19

23 Run Completed. If you have data errors you will see the error messages on respective Excel lines. SAP is validating each field. If errors are found, they are highlighted in the input Excel. 23

24 Correct the errors and run with Run on Errors option. Only the corrected rows will be loaded now. 24
