CONVERSION CREDITS FOR METER SIZE ENLARGEMENT Whenever water meters serving an existing premises are enlarged and the customer originally paid a water permit charge based on meter size, the original meter size will be converted to tap size and the difference between the equivalent tap size and the actual tap size shall be levied. (Ordinance No ; 2:22 and 2:42.4) The corresponding dollar amounts for equivalent tap size for both water and sewer connections are provided in the chart below.
