Customer Charge (Monthly Minimum).....$65.00 Energy Charge per kwh Annual Rate (January 1 to December 31) For all kwh s $ The voltage, frequency, and phase of all service under this schedule shall be only as specified by the Company. Service under this schedule shall be subject to Company Policy Manual. Service is furnished for the sole use of the customer on the premise described in the service application. There shall be no resale or submetering of energy. Motors served on this schedule shall not exceed a size and design as specified by the Company. When a non-demand metered customer s energy usage exceeds three thousand eight hundred (3,800) kwh in two (2) billing periods out of the most recent twelve (12) billing periods, the Company will install a demand-type meter in order to determine the customer s eligibility to remain on this rate schedule. When a demand metered customer s actual demand exceeds fifty (50) kw in two (2) billing periods out of the most recent twelve (12) billing periods, the company will place the customer on an appropriate rate schedule. The above rate or minimum does not include any Gross Receipts Tax. The Purchase Power and Fuel Adjustment Clause are applicable to all charges under this schedule. 2

6 RENTAL LIGHT S PRIVATE UNMETERED LIGHTING SERVICE S For unmetered lighting service for private entrances, exits, yards, driveways, streets, alleys, walkways and other all-night outdoor private areas on existing Customer s premises. Not available for municipal street, park or other public lighting. Residential Yard Light: 175W Mercury Vapor (not for new construction)...$ W High Pressure Sodium.. $5.10 High Pressure Sodium: Private lighting unit requiring a thirty (30) foot wood pole and using existing secondary circuits. For the purpose of this chart, the definition of the class is as follows: Class 1 User Any single family dwelling user that obtains all of his water from the city water system and discharges only normal domestic wastewater to the sewer system. There will be no penalty on sewer charges. Sewer charges will be deleted where water is used for sprinkling, industrial processes and nonsanitary uses if metered so as to determine water used that is not discharged into the city s sanitary sewer system. The above rate or minimum does not include any taxes or state fees. 9 SEWER COMMERCIAL S CONTINUED Ordinance No provides a more complete definition of the user charge to all sewer customers. Class 4 User - Any school, place of business, church, multi-dwelling residence, industry, office or multi-office building which receives all of its water from the city water system and discharges only normal domestic sewage to the sewer system and whose total monthly water consumption does not exceed 100,000 gallons. Class 5 User - Any school, place of business, church, multi-dwelling residence, industry, office or multi-office building which receives all of its water from the city water system and discharges only normal domestic sewage to the sewer system and whose total monthly water consumption exceeds 100,000 gallons. Class 6 User - Any user who discharges anything other than normal domestic wastewater to the sewer system. Class 7 User - Any user who receives his water from a source other than city water supply system and discharges only normal domestic sewage to the sewer system. Class 8 User - Any user who receives part of his water from the city water system and the remainder of his water from another source or any user who allows rainwater, surface water or ground water to enter the sewer system from his property and who otherwise discharges only normal domestic sewage to the sewer system. Class 9 User - Any user whose sewage is produced outside of and transported into the city sewer system. There will be no penalty on sewer charges.
