6 Branded ParentsWeb Great Look at a Great Price Branded ParentsWeb is Free for all RenWeb customers. Schools may perform a basic configuration on their own for Free. Schools may hire RenWeb Professional Services to provide a more robust configuration for $395 (non School Site customers). Schools may hire a School Site project manager to customize Branded ParentsWeb to match their School Site website for $395 (School Site customers only). All new School Site purchases include a Branded ParentsWeb customization free-of-charge. 6

7 Branded ParentsWeb Default Prior to Configuration All schools begin with a default Branded ParentsWeb that is a neutral grey. It provides the same navigation and information as ParentsWeb 2.0, but contains no branding or colors until configured. 7

12 Branded ParentsWeb Configuration by RenWeb RenWeb Professional Services can configure Branded ParentsWeb for schools for a flat fee of $395. Along with configuration settings provided to schools, RenWeb has control over additional settings to provide the polish many schools will want, including: Gradients on buttons. Hover colors that are displayed when hovering over a field. Borders between content fields. Background color and font used in content fields. Color of background shading between entries in the content fields 12

13 Branded ParentsWeb Customization by School Site School Site Project Managers can customize Branded ParentsWeb to match School Site designs for a flat fee of $395. Allows for custom-designed header graphics that are non-rectangular in size and shape. Provides precise matches on menu colors, fonts, and shading. Provides exact match of page background designs and colors. Creates a seamless, end-to-end online presence for School Site customers. This custom setup is included free-of-charge for all new School Site purchases. 13

15 Configuration by School Download Summer Release To configure Branded ParentsWeb, schools must first download the RenWeb Desktop 2013 Summer Release. Go to Select the Installation Instructions for the operating system on your computer. Follow the download instructions provided. Open the RenWeb Desktop application. From the RenWeb Desktop Main Menu, click on the ParentsWeb button to open the Web Configuration screen. 15

16 Configuration by School Web Configuration Screen Click on the Branded ParentsWeb Configuration button. Opens screen with controls to configure Branded ParentsWeb in a test environment prior to displaying for parents. 16

17 Configuration by School Header & Color Settings Click on Branded ParentsWeb URL to open test site. The Default Login Screen for the test site will open. Log in as a Parent to access the Branded ParentsWeb test site. The site will open using the default grey-scale configuration. Create a 90-pixel wide Header Graphic and select it in the Header Graphic Browse window. Select the 5 color options using the color controls provided. Submit current configuration to review in the test site provided. When complete, you are ready to turn on Branded ParentsWeb for viewing by Parents. 17

18 Configuration by School Web Configuration Screen Select the Branded ParentsWeb radio button to turn on Branded ParentsWeb. Review the option settings for the information you want parents to see in Branded ParentsWeb. 18

19 Configuration by RenWeb/School Site Signup Form RenWeb expects the majority of schools will configure Branded ParentsWeb on their own. Schools that prefer the convenience, or want additional colors and hover features can sign up to have RenWeb or School Site complete the configuration. To sign up for a Branded ParentsWeb Configuration: From the RenWeb Main Menu, go to Report Manager. Select Products & Services. Select the Branded ParentsWeb Configuration Signup Form and click Print. Complete and Submit the form and a Project Manager will contact you. As a reminder, the configuration service is $
