New Vibrations established its footprint in Managed Services in 2006, has over the past 3 years, proven robust capabilities in assisting customers and vendors in operating networks. In all current Managed Services contracts with operators and vendors New Vibrations is managing with local resources and consultants, selected partners using world-class methods, tools and processes New Vibrations has proven experience in Managed Services with its partners having more than 30 years joint experience in Outsourcing and Managed Services projects with vendors and operators New Vibrations offers the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry a selection of consulting services from our consulting portfolio, designed and developed to best match your business needs. Our consulting service portfolio will assist your organization to increase its competitive advantage and market share in the Managed Services arena by applying high level and consultative skills by our highly qualified consultants. New Vibrations provides the Managed Services consultancy services on behalf of the client and is considered part of the clients project team towards and represents the client. The Managed Services consultancy service can delivered as an end to end project or as sub projects of the Managed Services Consulting business process.
3 Managed Services Consulting Provide Managed services consulting for: (BPO) Business Process Outsourcing (EOT) Establish Operate Transfer Consulting services provided for following business processes: Diligence & Contract Negotiation s Support 2
4 Identify and qualify the Managed Service opportunity based on customer key project and strategy. Perform customer analysis with regards to key issues, risks, concerns, benefits of Managed Services opportunity. Define Managed Services Strategy and Sales Tactical plan towards customer. Create high level business plan for opportunity evaluation. Perform customer presentations for opportunity qualification. RFP / RFQ evaluation and response by customer. Preparation and presentation of Internal project review meetings 3 Identify customer current organization and operational structure of As Is solution. Define the Service Delivery strategy and the To Be Solution towards he customer. Update the Business Case with inputs of the As Is. Prepare draft commercial proposal with final version to be submitted after Diligence confirmation. Review identified risks and create mitigation plan Prepare program for s setup, Human resources transfer, assets and tools transfer, 3 rd party subcontractor contracts transfer. Prepare for customer presentation for communication of high level delivery plan and the to-be solution in order to be aligned with customer expectations.
5 Diligence & Contract Negotiation Review existing data & preliminary solution, determine gaps, key risks, assumptions and dependencies. Establish the Base Line data with regards to Cost Levels, Performance Level and Organization. Create a DD Verification report where all activities and findings are documented and quantified. Confirm and update the customer Business Case based on DD findings. Establish the advantages for the customer Proposal Re-evaluate / mitigate identified risks Prepare final Commercial proposal based on DD findings and final Delivery and strategy plan. Prepare contract strategy. Define detail solution specifications, objectives, scope of service and project deliverables. Prepare detailed transition project specification including organization, time plan,budget and acceptance criteria. Plan and prepare for the establishment phase based on detailed solution, setup of operations teams, third party suppliers, environment etc.. Revise operational readiness plan, prepare for Go-Live, review risk assessment, review acceptance criteria with internal and external stakeholders. Handover to s, ensure stabilization of project. Final review of transition project and prepare inputs for transformation. 4 4
6 s Support Ensure al readiness plan and start up the O&M project according to scope of service and project specifications of contract agreement. Prepare and Setup of O&M teams, tools, processes and procedures, reporting templates, performance measurement criteria, governance models etc. Execute O&M activities according to plan, communicate with customer and suppliers. Measure the project performance according to agreed scope, performance criteria, budget and project efficiency of which the output will be basis for transformation project goals. 5 Define the transformation project requirements, usually 1 to 3 months after s start. Identify major contribution areas for transformation based on service efficiency, performance improvement, customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Prepare detailed transformation project specification with regards to organization, time plan and budget. Establish and agree on the expected results and deliverables of the project. Execute the transformation plan according to specification. Review and evaluate the success of the transformation project based on agreed deliverables. After transformation ensure continuous improvement and follow up of project
7 Summary Provide consulting services for new Managed Services business opportunities or contract renewals. No fixed Pre-Sales or contract management staff required by customer. Access to experienced consultants in Managed Services Sales cycles from to and s of networks. On behalf of the client New Vibrations will assist or lead customer discussions, prepare and deliver customer presentations. New Vibrations will jointly agree with the client on project scope, timeline and project deliverables and present the proposal for Managed Services consulting services. Experience in setting up teams for operations of network covering all areas of the service delivery. Proven track record in projects with increased efficiency and improved SLA targets.
