Please return with the RMA number posted on the outside of each shipping package. Orders for Custom manufactured products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. This includes products with custom lengths, configurations or customer supplied prints or specifications. If you or your customer have a mistake on a custom product, we will be glad to rework the assembly at a nominal charge.
