Describe the legal basis for public health and health service 4. Describe the attributes of ethical leadership in public health and demonstrate leadership skills for building partnerships. 5. Communicate public health policy and management issues using appropriate channels and technologies and effective written and oral skills. 6. Describe the principles of program planning, development, management and evaluation in public health initiatives. 7. Apply an understanding of feedback loops to public health dynamics. 8. Apply the core functions of assessment, policy development, and assurance in the analysis of public health problems and their solutions.
