Marks: 50 Lectures to be delivered: 6 periods per week Pass Marks: 35% of the subject (Theory and Practical Separately) INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAPER-SETTER questions from the respective sections of the syllabus and will carry 8 marks each. Section C will consist of 9 short answer type questions which will cover the entire syllabus uniformly and will carry 18 marks in all. Each short answer type question will carry 2 marks. The candidates are required to answer each short type question in 50 words i.e. in 5-7 lines. section C. The candidates are required to answer each short type question in 50 words i.e. in 5-7 lines. Types and schedules of Reinforcement. Statistics: Properties of Normal Probability Curve and its applications, Degrees of Freedom, Levels of Significance. Marks: 30 Pass Marks:11 No. of Periods: 3 per week INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRACTICAL EXAMINATION Students will perform five practicals. Practical examination will be of 3 hours duration. External examiner will conduct the practical examination. The examiner will evaluate the practical on the basis of write-up of file book, performance and viva-voce relating to the practical given for performance.. No reappear will be allowed in the practical examination. Fail in the practical will be considered fail overall in the subject. For practical examination, one group of students will not comprise of more than 20 students at a time. Practical examination will be of 30 marks and of three hours duration. Practical examination will be held by one external examiner. Evaluation will be based on actual performance & write up, practical file of the candidate. Break up of marks :- Performance Viva voce Practical file Following Practicals have to be performed: 1. Maze Learning 2. Paired Associate Learning 3. Comparing Recall and Recognition as Measures of Memory 4. Retroactive Inhibiton 5. Zeigarnik Effect.
