THE ONLY TRULY GLOBAL, TOP-RANKED MASTER'S IN MANAGEMENT IN THE WORLD (FT ) THE PROGRAMME OF CHOICE FOR FUTURE GLOBAL BUSINESS LEADERS
CEMS THE GLOBAL ALLIANCE IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION CREATING GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES CEMS is the global alliance of leading business schools, multinational companies and NGOs, awarding the CEMS Master s in International Management. Together CEMS members offer high-calibre, internationallyminded pre-experience Master s students a unique multi-country experience, blending academic excellence. CEMS IN NUMBERS Founded in member schools over 70 corporate partners 4 social partners The CEMS MIM, the n 1 Master's in Management in the world on combined international criteria (Financial Times ) 1000 students of 65 nationalities in the cohort 7000 alumni of 78 nationalities working in 75 countries
SELECTION & ADMISSION IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL IN THE BEST The CEMS MIM is a postgraduate degree programme open to multilingual students enrolled in a Master s in Management at one of the CEMS member schools. Prospective CEMS students should demonstrate: high academic standards and professional skills the ability to perform in a fast-changing world openness to different values and cultures an aspiration to succeed responsibly and ethically in an international business environment The admissions jury comprises academic and corporate representatives of the alliance. Together, they assess candidates skills, qualities and potential to excel in the programme and make a meaningful contribution to the working world upon graduation.
MIM PROGRAMME CONTENT A COMPREHENSIVE ACADEMIC-CORPORATE BRIDGE PROGRAMME The CEMS MIM combines academic theory with business practice, enabling students to consolidate previous knowledge and apply new skills through exposure to world-class teaching and the operational expertise of leading companies. This balance of theoretical and experiential learning is achieved through a multi-faceted curriculum. 6 THE STUDENT PERSPECTIVE ON THE CEMS EXPERIENCE GUI DENG SAY CEMS tri-national track student (NUS/LSE/HEC) The CEMS Experience has awakened yet humbled me on many levels. Culturally different as we are, CEMS students are united by their openness to experience. My peers have shown me that there are many definitions and paths to life s success. The CEMS Experience will be a guiding philosophy as I find, create and journey these paths.
THE CEMS YEAR BEYOND THE PROGRAMME The 12-month MIM programme is an exceptionally rich learning experience, inside and outside the classroom. The active, network-based structure of CEMS means that opportunities abound for students to get involved and make the most of their CEMS year. SOCIAL LIFE KNOWLEDGE -SHARING CORPORATE NETWORKING HEADLINE EVENTS Events are hosted throughout the CEMS schools to ensure that students meet their peers and mix as much as possible. CEMS is not only a programme, but also a lifestyle. CEMS is an academic and corporate community. Regular conferences, seminars and forums bring these worlds closer together, with students and alumni often integrally involved in organisation as well as participation. Students enjoy unrivalled contact with highly committed Corporate Partners through programme components and company-related events. Talentspotting at CEMS does not necessarily begin with a CV and an interview The CEMS year closes with a few key dates: get recruited at the Career Forum and graduate at the Annual Events and your CEMS year is complete!
A CEMS ALUMNA WHO MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE CEMS has brought me a lot of fun, an international network of friends and through CEMS I got to know my current employer, CEMS Corporate Partner Shell. I work for Shell in Qatar in a very international department. I benefit every day from the multicultural skills learned during my CEMS time. For me, CEMS was a great start to an international career. ILONKA VAN OSCH CEMS 2001 (RSM-St. Gallen) Currently Head PSA Accounting at Qatar Shell

ENDORSEMENT FROM THE ACADEMIC, BUSINESS & NON-PROFIT SECTORS BART BECHT CEO, Reckitt Benckiser The CEMS Alliance and the CEMS MIM offer a guarantee of quality that is assuming an increasingly global dimension. We know we need the highest achievers to stay at the forefront of international markets; bold decision-makers, innovative thinkers, those who have a truly global outlook and the initiative to drive their careers far. CEMS' reputation for excellence and high-calibre students makes them an obvious partner for Reckitt Benckiser.
MARIA TEREZA LEME FLEURY Dean, Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo-FGV DR. ROBERT GLASSER Secretary General, CARE International CEMS has the unique characteristic of forming students with a global mindset. We see the CEMS globalisation strategy as a means to increasing the multiculturalism and the internationalisation of students as well as faculty members. CEMS has an outstanding reputation for academic excellence. Its commitment to global values, in particular to professional responsibility and accountability in relation to society and the environment, is well aligned with CARE's global mission to end poverty and promote social justice.
