Circuit Emulation Over IP / Ethernet TDM PBX Interconnect Over IP IP Tube for T1/E1 Circuit Extension over IP The IP Tube transparent operation maintains the proprietary signaling required to support PBX features such as call conferencing, call forwarding, caller ID and SS7. Legacy phone equipment investment is preserved. Available with Integrated Echo Cancellation and Lossless Data Compression. Signaling Support PRI ISDN, SS7, ESF, D4, SLC-96, Proprietary out of band, and robbed bit signaling are supported. Transparent support for Data, Modem or Fax. Voice quality is not compromised. Cellular Backhaul TDM Circuits utilizing IP Packets IP Tube products enable cellular backhaul providers to leverage ubiquitous, economical, and reliable IP / Ethernet services as an alternative to T1/E1 circuits. DS3 / T3 / E3 Over IP Ethernet DS3 / T3 /E3 Voice, Video and Data over IP The IP Tube DS3/T3/E3 encapsulates DS3/T3/E3 circuits into IP and Ethernet packets. The conversion of T3/E3 circuits into packets enables organizations to eliminate leased line costs by exploiting the efficiency of Ethernet networks. 2.

Serial Com Data Connection Over IP Connection of Serial Data over IP Ethernet IP Tube SER encapsulates serial data from DTE or DCE interfaces into IP packets providing transparent interconnection of serial equipment via LANs, WANs, IP Satellite and Wireless Ethernet. IP Tube SER has a wide variety of serial interfaces: RS232/RS530/X.21/V.35 and a Chassis solution with 60 port capability. Type 1 Link Encryptor over IP IP Tube SER serial interface product line connects Serial Data Link Encryptors to IP networks. Type 1 synchronous serial bulk rate encryptors such as KIV7M, KIV7HS, KIV-19, OMNIxi and KG-84 are inteconnected via IP / Ethernet networks. IP Tube KYoIP is a robust Serial to IP packet converter that provides connectivity between KY-58, KY-99, KY100 COMSEC encryptors and URC200, PRC117, PRC148 and MBITR radios via an Ethernet IP network. 3.

Key Circuit to Packet Capabilities Assured Delivery Protocol In order to assure high quality communications over links with intermittent or noisy performance, such as Wireless or Broadband over Power Line, the IP Tube employs Engage s robust Assured Delivery Protocol with the following benefits: Packet out of sequence detection and re-sequencing Duplicate skipping Lost packet retransmission with configured delay Lossless Data Compression IP Tube compression continuously detects idle and redundant data within each E1/T1 Voice circuit resulting in as much as a 40/56 to 1 bandwidth savings. DS0 Timeslot Multiplexor The MUX maps DSOs from a central site to as many as 24/31 remote locations via an IP/Ethernet connection. Provides Virtual DACS Over IP capability. Mesh DS0 timeslots one-to-many or many-to-many. SuperTube The Super Tube multiplexes four T1/E1 circuits onto one IP packet stream which reduces the encapsulation overhead bandwidth and the packet frequency by 75%. The substantial reduction of packet frequency enables packet processors to reliably support the extension of real time circuits. 4.

Far End Echo Cancelling IP Tube -Ecan models utilize a Digital Signal Processor that detects and cancels echo at the far end so that the packet network delay has no impact on echo. Echo Cancellation provides the elasticity to support clear connections across networks with packet jitter such as that encountered on WAN and Wireless networks. Echo is one of the most important factors that affects voice quality. The primary source of echo is the impedance mismatch at the hybrid that links a 2-wire analog loop to a 4-wire digital trunk. Redundant Network Connectivity IP Tube Protector option provides for automatic protection of circuits (T1/E1/T3/E3/RS232/RS530) over independent IP networks by sending sequentially duplicate circuit packets onto a second Ethernet LAN interface. Protection of Primary T1/E1 Circuits IP Tube Link Protector delivers critical infrastructure connectivity assurance by automatically routing a failed primary T1/E1 circuit to an Ethernet interface connected IP Packet network. 5.

Critical Infrastructure Protection Critical infrastructure is the public and private services that are essential to sustain government, provide for a safe living environment, maintain day-to-day business, and secure a prosperous economy. Engage s sophisticated Critical Connectivity Solutions are targeted at the Voice, Video, Telecommunication and Control requirements of Government Agencies, Multi-site Corporations and Organizations in primary industries including: Defense Emergency Services Telecommunications Financial Services Oil and Gas Electric Power Transportation Water Engage solutions for critical infrastructure connectivity assurance, with Multi-Circuit and Multi-Packet Technologies, exercise every available option to keep Voice, Video and Data systems fully operational. Deliver on Stringent Service Level Agreements Back Up for Mission Critical Connectivity Disaster Recovery for Public Safety Networks Redundant T1/E1 Circuit Protection with 4G Modem Immediate Restoration of T1/E1 Service IP Tube T1/E1-over-Cellular quickly re-routes customer T1/E1 traffic over the cellular network until the primary T1 is repaired, significantly reducing outage time. 6.

Public Safety - First Responders The need to Protect Critical Communications is especially true for the Blue Light first responders such as Police, Fire and Emergency Medical personnel. Telecommunication circuits for First Reponders are mission critical and require reduncancy. Engage circuit protection solutions have proven themselves when lives are on the line 24/7/365. Utilities -Resilient NERC compliance Utilities face an ever-increasing number of threats to their power generation, transmission and distribution systems. Natural disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes, as well as man-made disruptions from domestic sabotage or cyberattack, all pose risks for the utility infrastructure. Redundant and Diversely Routed Control Centers IP Tube enables Utilities to adopt resilient Internet Protocol (IP) transport for redundant and diverse connectivity to back-up Control Centers, while preserving existing Control Center and Remote Terminal (RTU) equipment. Automatically fails over to Redundant Control Centers upon disruption. Digital Signal processing and Control signal monitoring is utilized to detect the active Control center. SCADA Protocols Modbus, RTU, RP-570, Profibus, Conitel over IP 7.

SS7 Transport and Monitoring SS7 Transport over IP for Switch Interconnect & Analysis IP Tube for SS7 over IP for Switch Exchange and Monitoring Enable phone switches and other SS7 Signaling elements to exchange T1/E1 TDMbased SS7 signaling over an IP or Ethernet interconnection, eliminating the cost of leased T1/E1 connections SS7 over IP for Remote Analysis and Capture IP Tube for Transport of SS7 over IP to Central Monitoring Site Enable centralized monitoring of remote switches by transporting SS7 signaling from remote switch locations to a central site where SS7 analyzer instruments and personnel are located. With SS7 Sniffer Option signaling information is encapsulated into standards-based packet format for capture, analysis and archiving by Ethernet packet analyzers. 8.
