Accredited, multi-level care If you or your spouse needs it, home health care, assisted living with a designated secured memory care unit, skilled nursing and longer-term care is located within our community. Onsite speech, physical and occupational therapy is also available to help recover from illness or injury. The Woodhaven complex offers accredited, multi-level care in three wings. Woodhaven Manor is an elegant, residential assisted living facility featuring 46 private apartments. Woodhaven Hall, a 58-bed skilled nursing facility, provides rehabilitative and respite care. Woodhaven House provides a separate, secure home-like setting for those in need of memory support.
