This eight-week session will teach you very low impact exercises and stretches that target the joints affected by exercise, helping reduce pain and stiffness, maintain or improve mobility, and increase muscle strength. You can join any time during the eight-week session. The goal of this program is to help members be informed of the latest health information for vital aging, make new health skills a priority, improve lifestyle, diet, and attitude for healthy longevity. The action program for moving beyond death, divorce and other losses. People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don t tell you what you need to do to accomplish that. The AHA ACLS Part 1 may be accessed by going to American Heart Association American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED PCRMC is pleased to be able to offer the American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training to your employees, using a method that best suits your needs. Classroom Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED in a classroom setting is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until Emergency (EMS) arrive. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use and includes an instructor-led, hands-on skills check. Online and Hands-On Skills Check Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online Part 1 is a web-based, self-directed course. The course teaches students critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage a first aid or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until Emergency (EMS) arrive. Using an interactive approach, these classes will help you identify and use the employee s strengths to build a more solid foundation and promote teamwork at all levels of the organization. A True Colors Personal Success Workshop introduces everyone to easy and highly effective personality and communication tools. Power of a Thank You Time length: hours Course: Defines appreciation and helps employees understand the power of appreciation in the workplace. Teaches the art of appreciation and why appreciative workplaces have higher productivity and lower turnover. Teamwork Time length: hours Course: Defines what a team is and the elements of teamwork. Helps identify your team player style and determine how it meshes with the rest of the team. It helps you determine why work style differences matter and how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your style. This class shows how negative and positive attitudes affect teamwork. Getting Organized Time length: 1 hour Course: This class identifies your degree of organization, steps to getting organized, and how to maintain an organized work space. It explains the importance of organization and how it impacts productivity and customer service. Body Language Speaks Time length: hours Course: This course introduces you to body language and helps you understand the true meaning sent beyond what you are actually saying. Body language makes up fifty-five percent of how our message is communicated. Many body signals are delivered and received subconsciously. Being aware of such signals helps us get the right message across. In addition, we can adjust our own body posture to make sure we have the right level of subconscious effect on others.
