2 THE BIG ONE FOR ONE DROP IS BACK The World Series of Poker and ONE DROP announce the return of The BIG ONE for ONE DROP, a $1 million buy-in tournament capped at a maximum of 56 players and the most significant charity initiative in poker history. The BIG ONE for ONE DROP is a one-of-a-kind poker tournament featuring a $1,000,000 buy-in the highest buy-in ever in live-tournament poker history. This High Roller Championship is hosted by the World Series of Poker to benefit ONE DROP and is open to anyone age 21 or older with the means to buy-in. This tournament is the most significant charity initiative in poker history. Funds will be directed to ONE DROP s projects around the world to provide much needed access to safe water. A roster of the world s most affluent poker professionals, philanthropists, business executives, and satellite qualifiers are expected to participate in this three-day tournament that will begin on June 29, 2014, last three days and feature national television coverage. The BIG ONE for ONE DROP is an officially-sanctioned WSOP bracelet event, and will award an exclusive platinum bracelet designed by world-renowned watchmaker Richard Mille. For the second time, this tournament will harness the ability of poker to bring together people from all over the globe to raise awareness and funds for a worthy cause in an innovative manner.

3 EVENT DETAILS EVENT ENTRY The entry fee for all players is $1 million. Participants will be required to make a $50,000 deposit to reserve their spot as the event is capped at a maximum of 56 players. Final funds are due 14 days prior to the event. Participants must be 21 or older. WSOP will take 11.1% of the tournament buy-in and donate it directly to ONE DROP, with the remaining $888,889 going towards the prize pool. MONEY IN PLAY If the cap of 56 players is reached The winner will be awarded the record-breaking amount in excess of $20 million. The prize pool will be nearly $50 million. The charitable contribution to ONE DROP will be in excess of $6 million.

All levels last 60 minutes. s occur after every two levels and last 20 minutes. Dinner on Day 1 will be held after the completion of level 6 and last 90 minutes. There will be a 60 minute break on subsequent playing days after the completion of 4 levels. Play will continue on Day 1 until the completion of level 10. Day 2: play will resume at 12:30 pm and continue down to the final table or the completion of 10 levels, whichever comes first. Day 3: play will resume at 12:30 pm and continue until a winner has been determined. 11.1% of the total entry pool will be withheld for donation to ONE DROP.
