SFS goes through your application and drafts a financing agreement. The SFS financing agreement is included in the sales contract you send to the customer. Parallel to delivery to the customer, the producer invoice goes to SFS. The purchase price is transferred by SFS as soon as the goods are delivered

9 Delivery and payment Only when all parties are completely satisfied, are we completely satisfied. Arranging transport Delivery Invoicing Freight documents received The supplier instructs the transport company to delivery the goods to the end customer. Goods are delivered to the end customer. The supplier sends the invoice to SFS, on secure delivery, attaching the freight documents. As a rule, SFS pays the whole agreed purchase price to the supplier 10 days after receipt of the freight documents
