Each assignment is performed and/or reviewed by a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI appraiser). - All of our senior staff have cellular phones and/or pagers. More importantly, these numbers are always provided to our clients. All phone messages received by 2:00 pm are returned within the shorter of four hours or the close of business. Messages left after 2:00 pm are returned same-day when possible, and will always be returned by 10:00 am the following business day. - An introductory call is made to all property owners and/or contacts within 48 hours of engagement. - We recognize that things sometimes don t go as planned. Our clients are contacted within 24 hours of our discovery of any information or condition that would have a measurable impact on our valuation analysis or timing. - We never speak or write in business gibberish. If there s a problem whether we created it or not you will know immediately. We accept responsibility for our actions, and because of that, we rarely have problems to report. - Our company has a sense of humor!
