3 INTRODUCTION STATEMENT OF PURPOSE, is a full service, commercial real estate tax consulting firm, which currently maintain several offices in Texas and provides comprehensive tax consulting services. The company was founded by several appraisers, recognizing the need for well qualified tax consultants in the State of Texas. TAV Tax Consultants employ several experienced tax consultants and appraisers, the majority having MAI designations. This allows the company to have better market knowledge, experience, and data than its competitors and allows the company to be an even greater advocate for its client's needs. The company specifically focuses on key locations, in which its principals and employees have current, well researched data, allowing the company to deliver momentous tax savings. Founded to focus solely on commercial property in Collin County, Tav Tax is growing into other markets and expanding to their clients' wishes. The company specializes in providing tax assessment review, assessment management, consulting, and appeal services for all commercial property types and complexity. Our partners have strong relationships with county assessment employees and possess a full understanding of the state and local tax authority's laws, rules and regulations. Our bottom line is to ensure our clients experience the lowest possible tax exposure, allowing for a maximum return on investment. Our firm will work diligently to protect what is most important, our client's satisfaction. The in-house staff of Texas Ad Valorem Tax Consultants are composed of highly trained property tax consultants and/or appraisers (of which several are MAI designated appraisers) with exceptional property tax consulting and/or real estate appraisal and valuation experience. The staff consists of individuals that began their careers in the real estate industry and other areas of expertise including finance, public accounting, hotel and restaurant management, environmental science, geology, and engineering. The principals of the organization complete reviews of the consulting assignments performed by the firm to ensure the highest level of compliance with the specific criteria of each individual client.
