The popety owne of the mobile home pak notified the ity that he has notified the the owne of the home but has not esponded to his equest to emove the home fom his pak. They wee also notified that if they wanted to epai the building and/o aessoy stutue they needed to meet with City staff and ome to the heaing with a detailed plan fo epais, inluding ost estimates. Based on the suveys, epots, photogaphs, and othe evidene povided to the Commission, the City eommends that the Commission find the building unsafe based on the standads set foth in Byan Code of Odinanes Setion 14-4 subsetion(s): 1) The building, stutue, o any pat theeof is likely to patially o fully ollapse. ) The stutue o any pat theeof was onstuted o maintained in violation of any povision of the City s Building Code, o any othe appliable odinane o law of the ity, ounty, state o fedeal govenment. 3) One o moe walls o othe vetial stutual membes list, lean, o bukle to suh an extent that a plumb line passing though the ente of gavity falls outside of the middle thid o its base. 4) The foundation o the vetial o hoizontal suppoting membes ae twenty five peent (5%) o moe damaged o deteioated. 5) The non suppoting oveings of walls, eilings, oofs, o floos ae fifty peent (50%) o moe damaged o deteioated. 6) The stutue has impopely distibuted loads upon the stutual membes, o they have insuffiient stength to be easonably safe fo the pupose used. 7) The stutue o any pat theeof has been damaged by fie, wate, eathquake, wind, vandalism, o othe ause to suh an extent that it has beome dangeous to the publi health, safety and welfae. 8) The stutue o any pat theeof has inadequate means of egess as equied by the City s Building Code. 9) The stutue does not have adequate light ventilation, o sanitation failities as equied by the City s Building Codes and Plumbing Code.
