In the tender document (page 8) Clause 2.3 (viii) has been revised as Bidder should have CMM / CMMI-SVC Level 5 certification B. In tender document (Page 30) Clause (21.1) should be read as Notwithstanding the provisions of CC Clauses 10.4, 17, 18, 19 the Service Provider shall not be liable for forfeiture of its performance security, liquidated damages or termination for default, if and to the extent that, its delay in performance or other failure to perform its obligations under the Contract is the result of an event of Force Majeure. C. To inform the vendors handling WAN network hardware maintenance in case of malfunction of any components; to keep a log of reports and attendance to the faults and their resolution by the hardware vendors For the leased lines from BSNL, to follow up with the appropriate BSNL offices the restoration of lines in case of failures of such leased lines To receive complaints from remote sites regarding loss of connection or degradation of services and to take corrective action if possible and to report to the appropriate vendor otherwise Network performance monitoring using a NMS to be provided. Implementing firewall policies. Ensuring overall security as per ISO/IEC 27002:2013 guidelines

Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, the liability of the Service Provider in respect of Equipment/ Software not owned by the Service Provider shall be restricted to the extent of amount received by the Service Provider towards the infringement claims made against the concerned Licensor or owner of the intellectual property rights in the Equipment / Software. In the tender document (page 30) Clause 20.1 may be read as The Employer may, without prejudice to any other remedy for breach of contract, by 30 days written notice of default sent to the Service Provider, terminate the Contract in whole or part:
