In tender document (page 16) Clause 26.1 should be read as Prior to the expiration of the period of bid validity, the Employer will notify the successful bidder in writing by registered letter or by cable or telex or fax the Letter of Acceptance. The bidder would be awarded time period of 20 days for onsite resource allocation after awarding letter of intent. F. In tender document (page 34) Clause 4(a) should be read as Payments will be made on quarterly basis as arrears (25% at the end of each quarter). The bidder has to furnish one preventive maintenance report for each site quarterly along with its quarterly bills. G. In tender document (page 60) Equipment (BUY BACK) to be under AMC should be read as Equipments under AMC I. In the tender document (page 47) Clause (1) to be read as HELP DESK SERVICES-Scope-will cover the data centres of CoT, DoAT and DoP. There is a common helpdesk for CoT, DoAT and DoP. All infrastructure required for Helpdesk services like desktop, connectivity, telephone lines, sitting space, furniture, etc. would be provided by COT and DoAT. J. In the tender document (page 47) Clause (4) to be read as ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICE.Scope-servers, desktops, scanners, printers, networking equipments, UPS, Gensets, LAN and WAN equipments, consumables (stationery, printer cartridges etc).
