All entries received after the closure of the entries are considered on site entries with a 50% plus charge! 3.7 REIMBURSEMENT: In case a competitor already entered withdraws his entry up to the closure of the entries (2nd July :00h), the organiser will reimburse 70% of the fees already paid. After the closure of the entries, the fees already paid won't be reimbursed. Reimbursement will be made until 13th August TEAM ENTRY: Any entrants holding a valid entrant's licence can enter one or more teams of T1 / T2 vehicles. One team can consist of two or three vehicles that can belong to any class. Members of the team can be members of the same entrant or of different entrants. At least one crew must be the member of the entrant which enter the team. The entrant is responsible for the team entered. 4 INSURANCE According to 2010-es BIZTOSÍTÁSI INFORMÁCIÓK (Insurance information of the Hungarian ASN). 5 ADVERTISING 5.1 NUMBER AND SIZE OF ADVERTISING: A. 1 rally plate (40x20cm) B. 1 rally plate (40x20cm) C. 2 panels of compulsory advertising (50x50cm) D. 2 strips above the race number panels (50x14cm) E. 2 strips under the race number panel (50x10cm) F. 2 strips on each side of the upper part of the windscreen (25x10cm) 10/28

11 5.2 FITTING OF THE ADVERTISING: - Rally plates A and B must be placed on a possibly vertical space on the front and the rear of the racing car so as they can be identified easily by the marshals. - Side panels C must be placed on each side of the racing car behind the race number panel. There can be maximum 5 cm between the race number panel and panel C. Panel C can be cut at the door so as the door can be opened but between the part there must not be more than 1 cm space. If the car's contruction makes it impossible then the least possible difference must be aimed. - Strips D must be placed on each side of the racing car above the race number panels. If there are any stickers above the race number panel, strip D must be placed on it. - Strips E must be placed on each side of the racing car under the race number panels. - Strips F must be placed on each side of the upper part of the windscreen. The whole surface of the stickers must be on the glass surface of the windscreen. 5.3 REPLACEMENT OF ADVERTISING If during the Technical Scrutineering it turns out that the compulsory advertising has been fitted in an inadequate way and it can't be corrected without damaging the stickers, new stickers must be fitted. New stickers have a charge as follows: A. rally plate: 15 each B. rally plate: 15 each C. side sticker: 25 each D. sticker above the race number: 10 each E. sticker under the race number: 0 each (provided by CCR Comittee) F. windscreen sticker: 5 each Replacement of the stickers damaged during the race is free. 5.4 REFUSING COMPULSORY ADVERTISING Those crews who refuse to fit advertising C and F have to pay an extra fee which amounts 100% of the entry fee. 11/28

13 10.5 SAFETY PRESCRIPTIONS: All crews must use Lochnerbox GPS and signaling system. The system must be rented and fitted before the Administrative Checks. This is free for competitors with national licence. 14 13.3 ISSUE AND CHANGE OF TIME CARDS: Time cards are issued before the Start of each Leg and must be handed in at the Finish of each Leg. At neutralization new time cards will be issued EARLY CHECK-IN AT THE END OF THE LEG: At time controls at the end of a Leg and at the entrance of neutralization parc fermé, crews are authorised to check-in ahead of time without incurring any penalty TIME BETWEEN CONTROLS: Between two Time Controls on normal public road sections any delay more than 30 minutes per TC or accumulated delay of 60 minutes per Leg will result in the exclusion of the crew DETAILS ON FORFAIT RULE: On the course of the event there are neutralization parc fermés, so on each Leg, crews under forfait rule can be back in the competition at any neutralization. These crews must enter to the neutralization parc fermé and have to present themselves until the target time of the first vehicle (as per the itinerary) at the exit of the parc fermé. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ON MAXIMUM TWO LEGS, ONCE PER LEG OR AT THE PARC FERMÉ AT THE END OF THE LEG! Crews that are back to the competition according to this rule can start only after the all the vehicles in their category have started. Their order is set up according to the order of the Leg. For other rules of forfait, see the General Prescriptions of the National Championship. 14 SERVICE PARK 14.1 LOCATION: Vértanúk útja, H-5700 Gyula GPS: between N E and N E The Service Park is at the same place for the whole duration of the rally. Different types of service boxes can be obtained as seen in art OPENING TIMES: From 15 th July :00h to 18 th July :00h 14.3 TIMES: See Itinerary! 14.4 SIZE AND LOCATION OF SERVICE BOXES (SEE APPENDIX 4): Service Box Type A : ~40m 2 (5x8m) 1 assistance vehicle up to 3,5t entry for 3 mechanics Special Service box B : box A + up to 32m 2 (+4x8m): +1 assistance vehicle up to 24t entry for + 3 mechanics Special Service box C : box A + up to 64m 2 (+8x8m): +1 assistance vehicle up to 3,5t +1 assistance vehicle up to 24t entry for + 6 mechanics Maximum one type "A" service box can be obtained per vehicle, this area can be increased per 8m 2. In case a service box bigger than 104m 2 is needed, this must be agreed upon with the organiser. Assistance plates and wristbands can be obtained at the Administrative Checks or during the rally at the Rally HQ ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION IN THE SERVICE PARK: During the rally, in the town of Gyula and especially at the Service Park and its neighbourhood, all promotion activity is forbidden! Any promotion of products or services can only be performed with written agreement with the Organiser. This also applies to promotional vehicles of any size. Vehicles exceeding 24t can only enter the Service Park with the written consent of the Organiser. All banners and flags of usual size and fitted safely is permitted inside the service boxes. 14/28

15 14.6 OPEN CATEGORY: For crews in category Open, the Organiser allowes not to place their vehicles in the Parc Fermé at the end of each Leg. These crews can continue reparations all night long, provided that they finish all noisy activities (e.g. drilling) by 24:00. From 00:00 they can only perform activities without noise. They cannot leave the Service Park with the racing vehicle, this is recorded by the GPS system. On Friday and Saturday, they can enter the Parc Fermé 1 hour before the start time of the first competitor of the category OTHER: Only vehicles with rally plate or service plate can enter the Service Park. In the service boxes only persons with identification wristband can stay! Wristbands are provided by the organiser. The speed limit is 30 km/h on the whole territory of the Service Park. Can be speedometers and displays in the Service Park and all excesses are recorded by the GPS. The entrance and the exit of the Service Park will be signed with plates. The traffic in the Service Park is strictly one-way. In all service boxes, for cars at least 5m x 4m service foil must be used. All service crews must respect the fire and accident prevention rules and must provide that no polluting materials remain on the site after completing their work. This and the presence of the foil will be checked by the marshals and the technical delegates! Offenders can be penalised with a financial penalty of up to 450. 17 20 OPEN CATEGORY The Organiser announces the category OPEN for PROHUN Crews starting in the OPEN category must have B, N, TRA or daily licence. For obtaining a licence see the General Prescriptions of the Hungarian Championship. - Crews starting with a daily licence must complete a compulsory cross-country rally tuition before the first meeting of the Stewards. This is provided by the organiser on site. - In category OPEN any vehicle with permanent or switchable four wheel drive and closed body that doesn't have Technical Passport for another category eligible for the PROHUN 500 and can be driven with a category B driving licence. All vehicles must comply with the traffic rules and have all the necessary auhorisations, insurances and signs and is declared race ready by the scrutineers at the Technical Scrutineering. A rollcage complying Appendix J of the FIA is strongly recommended! - On both sides of the car, well visible in front of the A-column the flag of the driver's and codriver's nationality and the names of both of them must be displayed with 4-10 cm high letters. Always the name of the member of the crew sitting on the respective side must be on the top. - In category OPEN, wearing closed clothing and at least category E helmet is compulsory. - The vehicle must have at least two seats with intact, at least three point safety belts. Using of the safety belts is compulsory on specials. - In the vehicle at least one piece of at least 2 kg fire extinguisher complying with the rules and fitted properly is compulsory. - All vehicles must be fitted with Lochnerbox GPS equipment and its accesories. See art of this regulation. - All vehicles must have at least one fixed spare tyre and a jack suitable for the car. - All vehicles must have a fixed tow-rope of at least 5000 kg bearing capacity. - On the front and on the rear part of the vehicle drawbar ring mus be fitted (inner diameter 50 mm, signed with red or yellow arrow). - The vehicle must have mirrors on both sides. - Crews in category OPEN get an exception under the general service rules. See art of this regulation. - Crews in category OPEN are classified at national and international level. This is determined by the citizenship of the driver of the vehicle. All national crews are classified also at the international level. In category OPEN there will not be any class classification. 17/28
