NOC monitors energy and control systems, network status, and external security such as camera systems, doors, fire and water. In cases where the agreement is to take total responsibility over the server environment this will of course also be monitored from NOC. Clients of the data center have the possibility to contact Advania s NOC around the clock, all year round.
