2 Who we are Esh Facilities delivers nationally across the UK services of reactive and planned maintenance, soft and hard FM solutions as well as minor works and projects. For over 30 years, we have provided services to clients across a broad range of market sectors that include public and social housing, financial services, retail, manufacturing, commercial, leisure, education, health and care. 4 What we do Reactive Maintenance Our 24/7 365 days a year reactive maintenance service provides you with ultimate peace of mind, and ensures you that no matter what time of day or night, our highly skilled mobile technicians are always on hand to react to your maintenance needs. Our in-house Service Desk is designed to support clients and take the pressure off their employees in the event of an emergency. By offering a single point of contact, with a focus on first time fix, we ensure that in an emergency we keep your business fully operational. Planned Maintenance We can provide a planned maintenance programme, developed to suit your specific needs, which is the best way to protect the value and condition of your property portfolio. Our planned maintenance approach involves high accessibility with low visibility allowing our clients to focus on their core business. One of the key benefits of our planned maintenance service is our ability to conveniently schedule works out of hours and minimise disruption. Our service is more than simply maintaining your building portfolio but protecting your investments and preventing conflict with your operations. Projects Using dedicated Project Management Teams, we are able to undertake projects with speed and flexibility, working with you to ensure maximum effectiveness and minimal disruption. Our Project Managers ensure works are carried out to our clients exact requirements; that they are delivered on time and to budget; and they ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and health, safety and environment, including CDM. Esh Facilities carried out an amazing amount of work to very tight time scales, on time and to budget. Sheila Kay Cluster Manager, Boots Renewables We have an established Renewable Energies Division, which enables us to offer an extensive range of bespoke services to our clients. We hold the relevant MCS accreditations and are able to offer a full design, installation and maintenance service package. We are also able to provide design, installation and maintenance of Solar Thermal Systems and Air Source Heat Pumps. In addition, we are also able to undertake Energy Performance Certification (EPC) Surveys and provide advice on how to achieve improvements in EPC Ratings on Clients premises. Integrated FM Responsible for all compliance management, our procurement ensures maximum productivity and profitability of its services and equipment. We have responsibility for coordinating the activities of multiple professional services across the full spectrum of FM service delivery demands, delivering winning solutions by deriving an integrated FM strategy which minimise total life cycle costs, creates and sustains a working environment through a combination of varying services. In doing so we maximise productivity of clients, people and equipment, by specifying the FM strategy in an appropriate contractual framework of performance focused service level agreements. We provide support services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, waste management, pest control, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. In addition we are also responsible for the management and constant monitoring of quality, compliance inclusive of environmental adherence and health and safety risk management, as well as ensuring close monitoring and control of cost of service provision.

5 How we do it Customer Care We pride ourselves on understanding our clients needs and then providing the correct level of support. We can provide a fully integrated maintenance solution covering building fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance, or stand-alone service. We promote genuine ownership through our dedicated account structure. Our maintenance services are delivered using either a dedicated site-specific maintenance operative or our mobile network of maintenance operatives. Our long term strong relationship with Esh Facilities spans almost 20 years. During this time they have delivered extensive planned and reactive maintenance services to consistently high levels and by working together in partnership we strive to ensure our maintenance service is as efficient as possible. This contains a client s order number, property address, telephone number, property contact name, response time together with start and completion dates and nature of the work required. Allocating Work All of our maintenance vehicles are fitted with Tom Tom in order for our service management software package, JobFlow to navigate and track our operatives. This allows our Service Desk to know exactly where the closest skilled operative is for fastest possible response. Jobs are allocated via vehicles navigation and communication unit. After the operative has accepted the job they are guided to site with Service Desk providing real time updates. Upon arrival we report to the main reception and request to view the building asbestos register. Our operatives are dressed in full corporate work wear with identification badge. All operatives have full DBS checks and enhanced police vetting. Carrying out Repairs Once the operative has assessed that they can undertake the work safely, a repair is made and upon completion a JobFlow worksheet is presented to clients representative for verification and signature. The information is digitally transferred to our server on our JobFlow system ready for invoicing. A hard copy of the worksheet is also left on-site for clients records.
