5 PLANNING AND ENGINEERING CON-PRO TOSCANA s engineering activity is mainly dedicated to instruments and industrial automation. We acquire a project, and manage it directly down to the end Customer; to offer a complete supply both of the detailed engineering documents and of the instruments. Detailed engineering consists in preparing drawings relevant to electrical, primary and pneumatic and assembling connections for the instrumentation on site, in selecting the instruments, control and safety valves, in defining the control system through the execution of flow diagrams, functional descriptions, logic diagrams with Boolean operators, purchase specifications for control units, gas detectors, speed monitors and whatever might be necessary to ensure the correct operation of your installation. VALVE MAINTENANCE Valve Maintenance Workshop Processing in the workshop Test on the work bench An average quantity of 1500 to 2000 valves for year are processed in our VALVE MAINTENANCE workshop: adjusting valves, on-off valves, manual valves and safety valves, with full overhauling. By full overhauling we intend the whole working process the valve is subjected to in order to reset the original conditions according to the operating procedures carried out as an Authorized Servicing Centre. Seat/shutter leaks are detected and certified by means of a leak test on a test-bench, according to ANSI B standards. The guarantee on the whole valve is extended for further 12 months. The Know-How acquired in about 25 years of activity in the maintenance and assistence field permit use to working by our workshop: valves for any type and mark (Masoneilan Dresser, Emerson - Fisher/Rosemount, Neles, Parcol, Carraro, Spirax Sarco, Conflow, Nuovo Pignone, Keystone, Samson, ABB, Ghibson, Saunders, Biffi, La Tecnovalvo, Gemu, STI, Macair, Fluxtrol, Everlasting). Our WAREHOUSE has more than 5,000 original spare parts. The computerised management of the Warehouse is strategic for our Customers. It ensures prompt intervention and supply within 24/48 hours. 6 METROLOGIC LABORATORY FOR PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION Maintenance, overhauling and supply are extended to all the process instrument appliances (transmitters, regulators, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc...) for which our Metrologic Laboratory, equipped with test and calibration appliances in reference to International Sistem Samples, can issue a test report. Furthermore, we carry out overhauling and calibration, provide ISPESL or ASL certificates for safety valves, both at our workshops on an inert gas (nitrogen) test bench and directly on the plant by using an ISPESL approved hydraulic jack. Metrologic laboratory OUTSOURCING ASSISTANCE FOR INSTALLATIONS CON-PRO TOSCANA can work directly at the Customer with specific Working Teams too. We can guarantee technical assistance and scheduled and/or emergency maintenance for the Automation of Industrial Plants. A team of our technicians carry out inspections and installations of electro-instrument installations for process automation at our Customer s, both in Italy and abroad; we can supply assembly equipment, control systems, tests, certified calibrations and the first servicing at start-up. All our Technicians are equipped with suitable portable instruments for maintenance, control and calibration of the adjustment loops. The instrument measure precision is kept under strict control by our Quality System. For the maintenance of manual or servo-controlled valves, such as gate valves or globe valves, we have highly sophisticated portable machines available for the grinding and the adjustment of the shutters/seats; as a result, we can work on any valves up to 32 diameter directly on the Customer s plant. CARRARO CARRARO srl servicing centre, authorized to carry out maintenance on valves with original spare part stock. It s a manufacturer of safety valves at an international level for many years, and has chosen our Company as its Servicing Centre, calling CARR.MA, with the aim of ensuring a suitable, prompt and skilled maintenance of its products, supplying our warehouse with original spare parts.

7 EMERSON FISHER Since September 2007, Con-Pro Toscana represents in Italy the only EMERSON centre of authorized assistence for the valves and Fisher products maintenance and certification. EMERSON will offer to the Customers a further qualified service through an assistence centre in the maintenance field in order to operate in accordance to its procedures, with the complete and updated know-how of the product and the maintenance guarantee of its qualitative standard. Con-Pro Toscana guarantees to the Customers the possibility to avail oneself of an excellent centre in the field of the valves maintenance and of a further recognized, specialized and competent industrial instrumentation. SIEMENS As a distribution centre for instruments and technical servicing with prompt delivery stock. We have been Distributors and a Servicing Centre in Tuscany for SIEMENS spa s Process Control and Analysis Instrumentation for some time. We are able to offer prompt delivery (max 24 hours) for pressure, DP and temperature transmitters, etc., takin them directly from our warehouse. Again with ragards to process equipment, we can guarantee technical planning interventions, calibration and repair, with operating procedures and Certifications managed by our Quality System. AGENCY TRADING The trading service of CON-PRO TOSCANA markets the following trademarks for the supply to Explosionproof Classified Areas, for highly corrosive and high room temperature environments. KOPEX International Ltd Kopex International is a market leader in electrical conduit systems for the protection of critical wiring in many applications through its ranges including, liquid tight, liquid resistent and nylon conduits with fittings and accessories to match. Many ranges are UL/CSA, IEC approved and Kopex-Ex is ATEX/IECEx approved allowing them to be used in Exe and Exd applications. ABTECH AB Controls & Technology Itd Junction Boxes and boxes made of stainless steel (AISI316), alluminium and polyester in Eex-e version, IP67/NEMA 4x protection with ATEX UL/CSA certificate suitable for instruments, electronic for Oil & Gas and Petrolchemical Installations. PFP Eletrical Products Ltd Lighting armatures for incandescent lamps, sodium vapours, Mercury vapours in explosion-proof version Eex-e for areas suitable for high room temperatures up to 90 C. ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PACKAGES: GAS SEAL CONTROL PANELS Our QUADRI & PACKAGES service can plan and/or work with Customers plans for construction, assembling, testing, inspections and tests and release a Certificate of Conformity in compliance with the present standards for: - Control Panels - Racks and Instrument Cabinets - Package Plants - Preassembled on a Skid (for example NOX reduction control units, Nitrogen Compression System, Gas Seal Control Panels & Manometers).
